Not working
I’ve been trying to view my shopping cart for the past few days but keep getting an error. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still experience the same issue. My app and phone are up to date. I cannot add anything to the cart; It keeps something “something went wrong”. I tried to report an issue but I cannot even do that. Pls fix.

This app is getting worse every day
For some reason in the last week, my app has been dumping my cart after hours of shopping just to have it reset. It’s super annoying and it made me delete the app and shop online

App Overheats iPhone
Not sure what happened with recent updates but lately every time I open up the Ardene app my phone starts to heat up very fast and it gets very hot. App also lags and doesn’t load properly a lot of the time. Unfortunate because I love shopping at Ardene, but I genuinely can’t hold onto my phone with how hot it gets while scrolling through the app.
Frustrating
My only complaint about this app is that it won’t let me look at my saved items. It only loads the first few and then won’t let me view anymore.

easy browsing, ordering & returns but not so great customer service
one half of my order was never received and was dealing with them through email but now they are not responding despite never coming to a solution
No gift card option
When checking out there is no option that I could see in shop app to apply this whereas old desktop version there was. Now I’m stuck with a gift card and have to buy something else and go into a store to use it. Very inconvenient.
Complicated
It’s very hard to use. I struggled for a little bit to remove things and add things to my cart for example, when you buy keychains and anything apart from clothing it does ask for a size and that’s what confused me not just that but the payment method was very confusing as well. I had to type in my address three different times other than that it was decent

Super annoying to shop on, it crashing like crazyyyy. Even if you have an account sometimes it refreshes your cart entirely as well. Totally great for encouraging me not to overspend tho lol

It’s hard to check the order tracking as they both are in different menu options. The order number has to be manually entered with the Zip code every-time you look for the status. It’s not quite friendly. You can’t add the coupon codes in the promo option. As it doesn’t work 80% of the time. I mean FIX THIS PLEASE!!

Price is not to expensive very stylish , trendy, and fun clothes for kids, women and I’m really glad they added a men section! Ardene is definitely my favourite store to shop! you can also order online on there app, I really recommend shopping there, they have a great variety of clothes, home decor, accessories, jewelry and much more! 👌🏽💗

When trying to load wishlist it says “failed to load wishlist” and I am also unable to add anything to it at all. Unusable!!

Depuis quelques temps , la compagnie a changé ses grandeurs et une fois sur deux ça ne correspond pas . Même si on veut aller essayer en magasin . Il n’y a pas tout . Assez décevant . Pouvez vous revenir à vos grandeur d’origines ?

bug monumental
depuis la dernière mise à jour je n’ai plus du tout accès à l’application, il me demande constamment de la mettre à jour alors que cela a déjà été fait et me renvoie à chaque fois sur lapp store… Je suis membre ardene et aucun moyen de récupérer mon compte sur l’application tel, très déçue.

Please be careful when shopping on this app. I went to go put in an order for 13 items and it crashed on me after I put payment through. Not one item saved in my cart. I am so upset. Did not continue to purchase due to inconvenience.
I think it’s alright
I’ve ordered about 5 things on the app so far and any time I had a problem with the order, it was fixed quickly with the support team. I did get a large on a clothing item I got for a small which was a tad bit annoying and I’m also upset that you can’t leave reviews on items so you can’t see what others have to say.

Garbage app
Ever since the update my entire wishlist and order history disappeared. And when I use the website version the wishlists don’t even sync up. I won’t be using this anymore.

Waste of time
I’ve had the same issue multiple times where I’ve ordered items that are in stock on the app only to receive an email the next day saying the item is out of stock. They clearly do not update the app based on inventory

it always says that there is an error when i want to order so i have to go online but even online it bugs. never said anything cause i thought the problem would eventually be fixed but its really annoying to not be able to order easily.
