New glitch
Love the app but the wish list keeps showing favourited items repeatedly like 5 times instead of just the once like in any other shopping wish list/favourites list, can you fix this?
Terrible app
This app is so difficult to use. It clears your information if you switch windows, as in while I was checking a postal code for shipping once I returned to the app all of my personal information had been cleared forcing me to re-enter. I placed an order twice and each time the order was cancelled wothin seconds without any explanation. I can transfer the required funds out of my account so there are no holds or measures to prevent me from spending money at this business, I guess they just don’t want it. Better off just going to Walmart or something. Completely asinine app that developers needto pull and completely rewrite as far as I’m concerned.
Fb ads don’t open on the app
Btw ads from facebook doesn’t open the item on your app, so you’re paying for ads of nameless items that automatically lead nowhere in the app Edit: The link sent us to the Home page of the app, however the issue seems to have resolved. Thank you!
Cette app est proche de nulle.
Les filtres de recherche sont ridicules. On ne peut sélectionner prix croissants ou décroissants, pas de sélection de couleur ou matériel ou grandeur. Bref🙄. Ce qui est disponible sur l’app ne correspond pas aux stocks en magasin s et plusieurs glitchs lorsqu’on veut consulter un article; on click dessus puis, RIEN, pas d’article et nous montre la page d’entrée des soldes. Aucune photo de proche pour bien voir les détails ou la texture du tissu. App digne de 2003.
App needs major UI update
This app is very clunky, feels like an app developed in 2016. Also the rewards program could be improved to be more rewarding and need ability to add card to Apple Wallet.

Don’t buy luxury items
Warning - Simons routinely oversells luxury items they lack the inventory for. Sure the sale prices are appealing but it’s a coin toss whether your order will actually be fulfilled. What’s even more troubling is customer service defends this practice. That’s the reason for the one star - a lack of accountability for the dissatisfaction this practice creates.

Clunky & laggy
I had this app installed for a really long time because the website layout was frustrating, but I finally deleted it today after being fed up with how laggy and clunky it is. If I scroll back to the previous screen after looking at an item, it shouldn’t scroll all the way to the top of the page again. Makes the shopping experience super annoying.

Having decided to renew most of my wardrobe, I visited Simons in West Vancouver on Saturday and was delighted at all of the new products on display. The service was perfect. I am so glad you are here for us at Park Royal.

Great shopping app, some features need improvement
I’m such a Simons fan - love the stores, love the clothes. Twice I’ve reached out to customer service with feedback on the app and was told it would be shared back with app team but nothing was addressed. The filter feature for sizes does not work properly- only the last filter selected applies. For example, if you filter for sizes 10, 40 and L, only L clothes will appear. Makes shopping quite tedious.
The barcode scanner
Why did you guys take away the barcode scanner? It was the best part about the app. When I would shop at the store it would be so helpful to scan an item and see everything about the product!!! Please bring it back
Please Fix Favourites Page
Items added to favourite that are no longer available need to be eliminated from view automatically. Otherwise you are left with a very long list of items to scroll through that is not even relevant anymore

Dès qu’on ouvre l’appli, malgré la sélection effectuée, c’est la boîte de clavardage qui ouvre systématiquement. Très irritant et nécessite de relancer la recherche chaque fois.

Apple Signin Doesn’t Work
Tried to sign in using the Apple sign-in option and it simply got stuck in a loop of making me sign in. Terribly buggy app, disappointing as I’ve been really curious about Simon’s and heard they’re good quality. But this app makes me question the quality of all their stuff…
Website far out performs app
The days of individual apps are hopefully coming to an end. The functionality of the Simons app is no where near that of browsing the website on mobile. The inability to share from the app, coupled with the auto open feature from safari, ends with endless frustration. Understand your user base, and how they will actually use an app, before release. Otherwise, you have a useless product and annoyed potential customers.
Hard to shop on app
It is very hard to shop on the app. Every time I click on an item to look at it and go back it refreshes to the beginning of the page and I lose my place and have to scroll back down to find my spot. Also the virtual assistant keeps popping up and it’s annoying.
Worst App
I have tried to sign up multiple times for their membership program only to have it fail. Not sure why I keep ordering from them without getting rewards. I spend time inputing all my info and then nothing. Scary what has happened to my info.

Page keep refreshing
As tittle every single time i clicked into a product after browsing the page a bit and then go back, the listing page will refresh and being me back to the top, the beginning of the page. Now then I have to scroll all over to where I were. Please fix this :(((((

Good but with small gripes
Overall: Easy to navigate and fairly fluid. Two main gripes: 1. The “wish list” and “online orders” windows refreshing every time you navigate away from them. Absolutely infuriating design. If I’m in my wishlist, I scroll down and click on a given item, if I were to go back, I am shot back up to the top of the list. Why? Same with online orders. If I am trying to go through my orders, I don’t want to have to remember where in the list I am. Especially given that I’m looking at nothing more than a lost, meaning there are no quick visual cues. Extremely poorly thought out. 2. the Simons assistant floating action button (FAB). Why does it pop up after a delay and constantly in the way of content you want to click on? It results in me winding up in the assistant and when I go back I’m kicked out to the main page. FABs are a very dated design.

Doesn’t even give us the right order
Ordered from this place 4x and every single one of them wasn’t even my order, then i had to pay $10 for their return policy. Save your money and don’t buy from this place.
Apple wallet n’est plus pris en charge / They removed apple wallet support
Avant nous pouvions ajouter la carte fidélité dans le Apple Wallet. Depuis que j’ai changé de cellulaire, cette fonctionnalité n’est plus disponible. Ceci est une maintenant une tendance parmis plusieurs compagnies afin d’augmenter le trafic dans leur application. Maintenant, nous devons débarrer le cell, ouvrir l’app pour scanner la carte au lieu de simple faire un double tap pour ouvrir le portefeuille. C’est dommage, une décision marketing qui réduit la qualité d’expérience. Used to be able to add fidelity card in apple wallet. I changed phone and now I can’t have it back like before. This now a trend with multiple stores since they want to up the traffic in their app. We now have to open the app to get to the card instead of simply double tapping to access the wallet. It’s a shame.
Why
The only reason I installed your app is to get the card in apple wallet. No such feature. Deleting now.
App functionality needs improvement
Simons has both Canadian and US sites and you used to be able to toggle between the two on the app but now it seems to be locked to the Canadian site. Even going through the check out does not let you update the shipping country. So annoying.
