My favorite place to shop!
After discovering motel, I didn’t want to order anywhere else ever again. They have outfits styled for raves, classy dinners, beachwear, and so much more. All the clothing I’ve bought there fits like a glove and is made with great material. It’s easy to see what the clothing item would look like worn, and the modeling styles the clothing really well. They are always up to date with trends, and all in all the app is also really easy to use. 11/10 would recommend
Buggy App
Such a terrible app - doesn’t work on my iPhone or IPad. Won’t let you select size when adding to cart as it glitches every damn time. And on the IPad the thumbnails are all pixelated. Surely your brand can afford to do better!?!

Au début j’ai cru m’avoir fait arnaquer mais ma commande est bel et bien arrivé. Je suis très heureuse tout est parfait ! Je recommande faite attention et mettez bien vos coordonnées. Vous pouvez suivre votre commande etc. Et normalement vous recevrez des mails vous informant de l’état de votre commande.

i love this store probably one of my favourites for clothes, but the app seriously needs improvements it’s insanely laggy to the point i can barely even look at my basket it just glitches and then the app goes off, was thinking it was my phone but many others r saying the same it barely works when you go on it

Terrible app
This app has been awful for ages now and even with a new update it’s still terrible, it lags and when you try to look at sizes in stock it just adds random stuff to your basket, really annoying to use and puts me off buying from them

i absolutely love the clothes and i buy from here all the time but the app is so frustrating to use it is so so glitchy it takes ages to scroll and my wishlist never ever loads so i can never actually buy the clothes i have favourited previously

Glitchy app
I love the clothes and the brand however the app is so glitchy and slow. At the moment it won’t let me click on anything when I hit the basket icon so I can’t move to another screen or anything it just freezes. Furthermore, it takes so long for my wish list to load, sometimes it also freezes. My phone is fully updated and so is the app, so glitches are within the system.
Love the clothes...but the app....
The clothes are so cute and browsing has become a frequent hobby for me. Unfortunately the UI has made it insanely fustrating to navigate the app. It is difficult to find certain items in certain colors and occasionally takes me to a whole different item. Please fix this and make it more user-friendly. Thank you 🩷.

Cute clothes, bought from here a few times and have been satisfied with the quality, however the app makes it impossible to browse/shop sometimes because it’s extremely glitchy. Sometimes I cannot see my favourited items, and the app also fails to display any of the products sometimes, instead it will just say “no products found” I love the clothes Motel has but sometimes I just can’t be bothered to browse as I can’t use the glitchy app!!

Product Reviews would be appreciated
Not sure if this is a Motel Rocks thing or just their app, but it would be nice if people could leave reviews for their products etc. I've really struggled with sizing from them because their tops run small and their pants run big (and this is after double- and triple-checking their sizing guide and my measurements), and since they don't allow free returns, I'm stuck with these slightly ill-fitting clothes that I may or may not be able to have altered. If I could see reviews mentioning whether something runs big or small, or other pertinent issues, I'd probably be a lot more willing to purchase from them.

I love motel rocks it’s probably my favourite clothing brand but I am constantly getting agitated by the fact that I can’t shop. The app and the website is so glitchy. You can’t see half the colours for clothing and have to press a plain white area in order to select other options for colours. The website glitches and I can’t press or scroll on anything so I have to reload the whole website and start all over!!! The app is limited to sections compared to the website so I can’t find things as easily but overall so glitchy. I am so fed up of it and i’m at the point where I’m going to give up shopping here! It’s not just me so please get it fixed. Thank you. p.s a suggestion/request, instead of having a continuous page for scrolling separate it to multiple pages if that makes sense because It might just be me but i get tired of just scrolling and scrolling plus when the website glitches then it goes right to the start and i have to scroll for ages until i get back to the place I was at, which is a frequent occurrence that gets annoying! Sorry to be a bother I hope I didn’t come of super rude I just love the shop and hoping it would be fixed. Thank you 💗

L’application bug quand on veux chercher par nom. Il y a des vêtements impossible à acheter tellement ils partent vite. Par contre la longueur des pantalons reste vraiment court ! Je fais 1m75 et autant dire que aujourd’hui c’est difficile de trouver un pantalon a ma taille !

my basket items are not showing, and my wishlist says it's empty even though i can see hearts next to my favourited items. on top of that, when the wishlist does work, it sorts from oldest to newest. a complete lack of attention has been put into this app, i wish it worked better.
Most irritating app
This app is always glitchy. It lags and it never loads properly. Very annoying and makes it a lot less likely for me to buy anything from Motel Rocks as I can’t be bothered to try and use the app

Love the actual clothes but the app is so slow and won’t let me filter by prices (low - high ect..) Certain product types won’t load (straight leg jeans, accessories) Definitely needs upgrading/bug fixes.

Worst shopping app I have used.
Currently I can’t see my wishlist items (so what’s the point favouriting things if it just disappears) and all items in my basket don’t appear and they’re just zeros. Worst shopping app I have used, which is interesting considering the clothes are more expensive/not as many discount codes. Why should it be an effort to purchase clothes? I’m not going to go out of my way to buy things when the whole experience is a faff. I suggested making improvements to make the app actually useable, and you might generate more revenue.
Good app, but...
This app is wonderful and the clothes are SO CUTE, but the app won’t let me change the £ to USD. i gave the app my address and yet they are still showing me the prices in UK money and i see no way to change this.
So hard to use
This app has been laggy and so slow for ages I thought it would have been fixed by now. I stopped using it for ages cus it was so frustrating. Also find the layout quite hard to use, like the tiny hearts to like the items. A shame as it has potential

They gave me a refund in form of a gift card and then didn’t give me the gift card number, shocking customer service
probably the worst clothing app to use ever
considering how popular motel is (along w their prices) they defo have the budget to invest in an app that actually works. for example… maybe actually show me all the colourways of an item when i click on it… that would be really helpful! also if the app didn’t lag every three seconds so you could scroll in peace… that would be great! web devs should be ashamed x
