Take the music off!
The music loops continuously. You literally have to turn your volume all the way down, it even plays over music and on silent! (iOS) I gave up and went to PLT. Very annoying!
Annoying music
Great app but I have to knock off a star for the music that plays on opening the app. I wouldn’t mind if it was just for a second but it plays on loop and I don’t know how to make it stop without muting my phone - SO ANNOYING!

Amazing quality always fit lovely, maternity outfits are lush. Just wish you had more in stock sells out really fast.

the same 10 seconds of music plays on a loop repeatedly and is impossible to mute even with your phone on silent or playing your own music over it 🫠
Good
App is clean and stylish and easy to use. Only issue is that there are lots of app glitches, the app is slow and glitchy every time I use it and it doesn’t happen to any of my other apps. I’ve asked friends and they’ve had the same issue so if app glitches and bugs were fixed I would give this app a 5 star review!
Can’t focus on the app due to music
As the title says, the loud unmuteable techno music on repeat is absolutely not what I come to the app for… I just want to buy a dress…

The repeated music is so annoying!!

Worst app ever
Possible the worst clothing app I’ve ever used. Nothing loads, couldn’t create an account as it just kept redirecting me and asking me to do it over and over again. It’s really put me off buying from Club L. Really needs reworking to stop shopper frustration!!

I ordered a dress for a wedding and they never came and when we emailed no one came back to us so £100 that i’m never getting back, I would give 0 starts if possible.

Refused Refund of £85 for dress that the company said was returned with dust marks on !!!!
I don’t accept your reason for not refunding me for the dress ..I can assure you that the dust marks are not from me !!! - all of the dresses that I ordered were hung up in my wardrobe from receiving them .. and my room is carpeted.. so there would be no way that the dress would have had dust on it as you state .. they were all tried on just once and then I re packaged them .. and kept the one that suited me … I did question the condition of one of the dresses as it looked like it had been tried on previously .. as it did not have the security ribbon on it !!! .. also I sent back 2 other dresses .. did they have dust marks on them ?! No they won’t have had … I would ask you to send me photographic evidence of the dust marks that you say are on this particular dress to prove what you are implying .. I was actually in the clothing retail industry myself for a lot of years and understand that some customers would wear a dress and then return it to a shop / company for a refund .. not a great thing to do for the company’s business… but I can assure you that those dresses were only tried on in a carpeted room and only once as I chose the halter neck one to wear for my wedding in Vegas this coming Friday .. Going by your heading on your first order there should have been a 15% discount off. Unable to see or attach this to my order, but as I need the dress for Saturday went ahead and ordered anyway

Do not return or buy from this place, they declined my return as it ‘wasnt in the acceptable condition’ then asked for £4 to send it back to me🤣 Both things i ordered could have been bought off boohoo for half the price

The website layout is very annoying when you are trying to find what you want. There isn’t many filters so you can filter down to see what you want and makes it a lot harder to work around the website! Would really put you off buying from here
Just discovered Club L, recommended by a friend
Ordered the perfect jump suit. Fit is lovely, style so unique. The wow factor! Had to order one of their dresses. Well done Club L team !
Miss
All this time using the website and the app and it literally drives me crazy. So annoyed and frustrated after every single time I have to access any of the above. I can NEVER log into my account, it never allows me to do so. I put my email address and password I have to “ confirm I am not a robot “ and it directs me straight to “ log in “ again and again and again. The only time I ever experience issues shopping is when I want to access Club L London app or website. I love all the dresses but honestly not worth the drama trying to access your account. The most annoying thing ever!!!
