GREAT APP
I honestly find the app super easy to use and simple to navigate. Love the exclusive offers and early access only redeemable in the app. It’s great to track orders instead of having to find emails in a busy inbox!!
Doesn’t work
Just updated the app and can’t access my account or even view a product
Good app
Good app. However, I would like this app to rotate to landscape mode on the iPad. Also, I would like to see the wishlist synced to my Sephora website account including the app on my phone. Another point to add - I would like the wishlist to stay intact even if I uninstall and reinstall the app. Thanks.
the worst shopping app
Sorry but this app is awful, it’s pretty bad in general but the wishlist feature is so buggy- you can’t remove items, you can remove a few before it doesn’t let you but when you check later they’ll be on there again, and items show as ‘sold out’ but most of the time when you go on them they’re not. Two stars as I haven’t had problems with placing orders

before the gifts for sephora points milestones used to be so good. now they are literally all so dead, with unknown brands i’ve never heard of it.

Shade matching please
I love this app but iv noticed that other ones have shade matching and it’s Important for me as my skin tone is not fully understood by most people so it would be a great idea to have a shade matching tool online and hopefully in stores too
app not working
i love sephora but recently the app does not let you click on products with options to choose. it will just show a blank screen every time so i cannot buy my foundation, concealer, anything where i have to choose a colour. It is beyond frustrating and has been happening for the past few months now.

I calculated the cost of everything and it’s said on the Sephora app 195 then l used calculator and it said 150 pounds scammers

I was in Sephora Belfast couple weeks ago the most beautiful girl called Caitlin with blonde hair served me showed me skincare make up etc she was so so lovely and knowledgeable she was so sweet and explained everything to me I purchased all she showed me she’s a wee star I’ll definitely 💯 be back in Sephora Belfast again soon Thank you Caitlin 🩷

I tried to check out during your app offer this evening, but it kept telling me my basket was empty. Appeared to be glitching.
can never access my wishlist
love shopping at sephora but this app never lets me scroll through my wish list so if i save something for later it can sometimes be impossible to find , my wishlist isn’t even that long but the app bugs out and doesn’t let me scroll through it

Editing this June 22nd 2026 same thing continues to happen on Chanel make up images of latest products upon clicking photos app crashes !!!!!!
Used to be good, but full of bugs now
Not letting me on the app and saying there is a new version available. However the screen goes black and the message pops up continuously. Had to delete, improvement needed

The worst experience!
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had!!! I placed an order for a perfume worth £131 and the payment was taken immediately!However, right after that, I was logged out of my account and could no longer access it. I received no order confirmation, no invoice, and no delivery details at all… I waited for 3 days, hoping to receive some information, but nothing came through. When I tried to log into my account, it kept saying my password was incorrect. The password reset process either didn’t work or resulted in errors, and I still couldn’t log in :) I contacted customer support multiple times, but all I received were automated responses or generic templates that did not address my issue at all. No real help was provided!!! This situation is extremely frustrating, especially because this perfume was meant to be a Birthday gift for my grandmother and I ordered it in advance specifically to avoid any delays. Very disappointing service and a complete lack of proper customer support!!!
App needs maintenance
App can get really slow if spending more than 5+ minutes on it and glitchy. Or keeps showing me the same product over and over again when scrolling through.

It’s just like shopping in the shop but except you don’t really have to move around a lot. All the reviews on the app tell you how the products are. Highly recommend this app this is from your biggest and most loyal customer

Obviously by the title I didn’t sign in because in a 6 weeks it’s my birthday and I have asked only for money just so I can go to SEPHORA and spend it (hopefully I get a gift card lol) but I was just wondering on if they had touchland (they dont 😒lol) so I can save some products and see the money so!
