Perfect every time, easy to search items, delete, etc. great offers every time. Clear , and easy to use. Saves me time to order and get home delivery.

Pleased with two-thirds of what I needed to purchase. Disappointed not to be able to buy Colgate’s Fluorigard Mouth Rinse/alcohol-free. Usually available in store or online. Please restock a.s.a.p. Thank you.
Unable to download
Unfortunately as I don’t buy in to nee tech constantly I cannot download the new app as I can’t achieve iOS 17 on my obviously now obsolete phone
Logs me out and needs updating too often
I go to superdrug every couple of months and every time i get to the till the app has logged me out and/or needs updating, so I can’t use my card.

Dreadful app
The app feels dated; ‘filter’ option doesn’t filter results precisely and returns unreliable results; there is no option to delete an old delivery address; I receive FOUR identical emails whenever I make any change to my account details; there is no autofill for new addresses and no option to copy addresses across from delivery to billing etc; standard delivery speed at 3-4 working days is slow by today’s standards. All feels tired and heavy handed. Needs a big refresh
Super staff
Whenever I call at my local Neath store I get fantastic advice off the pleasant and so helpful staff here . Never a glum face or attitude just best advice with a smile . Many thanks girls and keep up the good work . It does matter and doesn’t go unnoticed .
Poor to insist on immediate upgrade
I always update my apps every fortnight and I wasn’t happy to be forced to immediately upgrade to latest version in order to use the app in a Superdrug store. That meant using my own data instead of using WiFi at home or work . Good practice is to allow older versions to work for a short period, but Superdrug don’t seem to know what that means.
I love Superdrug’s products
It is easy to find out what is cruelty free and vegan friendly and they have such a choice, wonderful.
Not happy
I’m not happy that I can no longer use the app due to the fact that my poor old phone won’t run IOS 17 and therefore I can’t update the app!
I recommend it
Superdrug is very good. I used it for a lot of my make up for content creation because they’ve got very good quality. Only thing is they should restock the testers and not have testers for any lip things except for lip bands or anything with sense because if you want to smell it, then that can be useful.

I have an iPhone 10 your app will no longer work as my phone is too old bit of a bummer, guess it’s away of apple forcing us to update our phones 😡

Unable to use as software is too old
Really frustrated that I can’t now use the app as apparently my software on my phone is too old. It says I can download an older version to use but always gives me the new one on the App Store. So disappointed 😔

I started using the app a couple months ago and it was pretty good until the app said I needed an update to be able to use the app but I’m not able to update it anymore, I don’t know if this can be fixed but I’d rather just use the version I usually use then buy a whole new phone to update this.
