I have been a customer before it changed over to uk, I would like to see al verity different colours and florals as I’m not able to see everything online anymore to how it was before and not much in stock now.. I hope this sorts out….as I like the quality of this store then most I’ve known… the cotton modal pyjamas and flannel pyjamas of the same item to be available in different colours. With the long modal pyjamas set And the shorts modal pyjama set and floral ones the cheeky panties and v front cotton thongs and logo thongs and briefs. I want to see more stock please how it was before and more verity colours of cotton modal pyjamas and floral ones and flannel and the cami sets and modal chemises. I want to see more verity what was Instore before it moved to uk as I’m not able shop my favourites and love the quality of it al then most stores.
Poor website/app
Constantly shows items not in stock but doesn’t show out of stock until you click in. Can’t search in bra specific sizes Exactly the same as the next one because they are run by the same company

my parcel wasn’t delivered and when i went to get another one sent, i didn’t get a parcel number come through on my email so i wasn’t able to get a refund/replacement!!!!
Good app but filters don’t work
I tried filtering for size and availability, but the results were still showing items that were not in my size, and not available. Bit frustrating and a waste of time to have to search through each item. Hope you can make this feature work better!
Failure to sign in / reset password
Received e-mail regarding sale, could not login to my account, attempted to reset passsword, kept taking me to login page. Tried to contact customer service on number listed if problems persist, no one available, no phone call back. Used Apple Pay

Best Customer SERVICE!
My delivery was delayed, and according to customer service (Georgia), the item was likely lost in transit. Naturally, this was disappointing, but the way it was handled completely turned the experience around. Georgia quickly suggested placing a replacement order with next-day delivery and arranged for the original item to be returned by the courier. I was very happy with this solution and truly appreciated the efficient, friendly support. As always, the VS quality is unmatched — my absolute favorite. I can never get enough of their bras and knickers 🤭❤️

Overall the app is easy to navigate around however I wish there was an option for live chat or that they would add order numbers to their orders. I have placed an order which part was sent out incorrectly, sent them an email & am still awaiting a response 2 days later so a live chat option would be a great addition to sort issues like this more promptly, hopefully this is something that will be added in the future.

Extremely annoying not being able to access the USA site from UK as I have friends who will purchase items for me that I am unable to get in UK and being able to see them would really useful. Other sites like free people allow you to access other territories sites

How to find a matching set?
I love Victorias Secret but I do hate that you can’t find matching knickers to go with the bras on the app. They don’t even have names that you can search for that particular style.

Results filtering not working
It’s a great and nice app. BUT the major issue I have is filtering any products page for my size, I would think that’s the main purpose of filtering but it’s so annoying that after filtering you still need to realise that each product shown is NOT available in your size. What’s the point then? O barely use it any more as it is just useless. Same on the website.

Why can’t you program the app the verify it’s you ? This could be so easily done via your email address. They send a code to your email address, you click the link and the site allows you to order from any corner of the world, but only delivery to your home in UK. What’s so difficult about that ?. Or try getting a programmer that knows what they’re doing ?. One very unhappy customer.

If you’re gonna have a filter at least make it work
I’m a 36DD and every time I try to filter my size, it comes up with bras in sizes for itty bitty tiddy females. Also hate the new look and preferred VS before they partnered up with Next.
