basically i am 12 and am already in women’s sizes i think they should either make some women’s clothes abit more in style for the kids at the moment or have like a xs/s/m/l/xl/xxl section in the kids aswell amd it’s not that im a bigger person it’s that i have really long legs and i have a big bust and a big ottom for my age and im not ashamed about that i just want to be able to wear things that people my age wear.

Love the shop, hate the app
The app keeps logging me out, keeps having “errors” with my wishlist, so much so I’ve had to restart my wishlist countless times over the years. It’s annoying, the amount of times I save a dress in my wishlist or bag, only to be told to log back in AGAIN and the error message pops up. Stop it!

Tbh I rlly trust new look and forever will everything is true to size and isn’t too expensive, They have many options of clothes with differs models of different weights hair colours ect. to prove that they fit every1.I do think they still need to lower their prices a bit but overall I give them a four.
Shopping for blind customers
I love fashion shopping, but the drawback is I can’t see any of the clothing LOL. it will be really helpful if clothing was categorised as soon as you went onto the app into T-shirts, trousers, jeans, jackets, et cetera(a bit more specific than it is at the moment). a full description of the colour style length et cetera of the clothing would be really helpful to people that can’t see the pictures. You’re doing a great job New Look but please remember us girls with no site or poor site like to look trendy too X

The app itself is fine, but please is there a way you can stop it pausing anything else your listening to on your device. It’s really annoying.

Ordered a dress tues afternoon opted for next day delivery as have a wedding reception this evening (Thursday) and it’s still not arrived!!! Why give the option for next day if you’re not going to deliver next day !!!

Terrible app
I HATE this app. Love newlook, but the app is absolutely awful. My wishlist is always deleted, so when there’s a deal like today of “20% off everything” I now can’t find anything that I originally wanted. I’m getting very fed up of it.
New Look lacking Irish Access
I adore New Look as it one my go to store however after New Look’s departure from Ireland even through the app it impossible for Ireland to shop or buy from New Look. This devastating as New Look is one of my favourite shops and love their fashions. I hope to still shop even online from Ireland

Shocking sizing consistency
Bought two identical pairs of jeans. Same style same size. There is a 2” difference in the waist band size! When I started comparing other styles the inconsistency is the same. Get your act together Newlook!

Search engine rubbish
I am trying to find specific things like smart jacket, cropped jeans etc etc. I just get a general search as results and often give up!

Whenever I go into girl clothes it says that there’s an error. I’ve tried closing and restarting the app but nothing is working. Please fix this.

Nice but a few complaints
I love the look of the app and it’s easy to navigate. My issue is that it’s very annoying when I’m trying to shop a look, select a product to view and then when I go back to the list of products, it takes me back up to the very top. Please fix this because it often frustrates me to the point where I give up on shopping altogether. Also, please allow us to change the currency.
Always an issue
The app is not great. If you save anything to the wish list, the next time you login it says it’s “cannot update the list” so you lose everything saved. Happens every single time. Not worth having the app in my opinion
Good online store but i miss the old explore button
It was easier to explore that way. Maybe keep the new layer but keep the old explore section the way it was

Not a great app
I shop a lot online. When a store has a app I usually find that it's the best way to shop. New look's app is glitchy, awkward at times and reloads your cart every time you leave the app. It's frustrating. If you are filling out info and get a text you'll have to leave the app, when you go back in you'll have to start all over agin. I've had issues deleting items from my cart, adding things to my cart or finding an item I've seen on the website. The website seems to have items that are not on the app. You can't share anything from the app either. If I see something I think someone else would like I can't send it to them, that's seems like they should have. All in all go to the website, it works better and has far less difficulty.
