Poor Customer Service
I placed an order and two days later I received a refund as apparently they didn’t have enough stock. I was bitterly disappointed and feel very let down by Office.
Good app
Unlike all the other reviews I find this app easy and good to use. I do find sometimes that it is very slow even have I have a fu WiFi connection or full service is I’m using 4G. I’ve ordered something recently off the app and there was no issues. I will be husky the app again!
Very poor online experience
Topped up a£100 gift card to £118. 99 to buy a particular pair of shoes. When I went to purchase the shoe I was told the balance on the gift card was zero. No one to speak with directly and had to repeatedly send the information regarding my concerns to 4 different people. Avoid Office online.
Needs work
App would be great if it wasn’t for that annoying banner that covers shoes as your scrolling, telling you how many other views the shoe has had today!! I don’t care how many views it has had as this wil not influence one way or another if I buy a product. As a result you have to click on each item individually to get a better view. Who can be bothered to click on each individual item when there are so many items .. definitely slows down the shopping process 👎🏾👎🏾

i tried to sign up and when i hit register nothing happened. i did it like 30 times and nothing changed. i tried closing out the app and coming back, nothing. supper annoying and disappointing
Poor
This so is very slow, and takes a long time to load any tab, item and/or the home page. It also doesn't have an app feel to it. It still feels like I am using the website. But at least it's not footlocker, the footlocker app is just a link to their website.
Best service
Just love purchasing from office. Love how they are with customers. Five stars all round :))
Is not working properly
When you are watching a show and after wanna go back to last page you have been it takes you back to the main page to sign in… 🤷🏻♀️ and you lose all searches and filters you put because it doesn’t take you back to the previous page you been.
Cannot log on or re-register
Well this was a silly waste of time. I tried to log on, it didn’t recognise my details so I tried to reset the password. No email received in spam or anywhere. Then I tried to re-register with a different address. Click on register and the button goes grey but nothing happens. Tried each of these things 3 times, closing app and reopening. Unusable.

The worst
The app doesn’t even work. It would always freeze and close itself so I deleted it. I just re-download it to try again and the app won’t let me even log in. Or register! The website isn’t much better which is a shame because I like the shoe selection :(

Can’t get past the registration. So annoying. Deleted app twice and re-installed. Tried existing customer incase I had set up a while back and forgot password. No email link received. Pointless! What is the point of this?
Would prefer a good mobile site!
I only downloaded this app because Office don't have a mobile website, so impossible to view on a phone. Have now deleted again. When viewing an item, I changed the shoe colour from the drop down menu and it showed me a totally different shoe. On another item I changed the shoe colour to yellow and it displayed the yellow version. Needs some work I suggest - but again, would prefer a mobile site! It's a nice design but has bugs.

I absolutely love the new app! The fresh design is sleek, modern, and so easy to navigate. Shopping for shoes has never been smoother, with a super intuitive layout and fast performance. Everything feels much more seamless compared to before. Great job on the update—this is a huge improvement! Looking forward to using it more.

Do not buy shoes from here, i created an account and bought a pair and there was no confirmation email sent through and i was logged out and the account deleted.

This just doesn’t work. I’ve tried to create an account so many times and the app just locks. Really frustrating. Dont bother to download this app.

Terrible service
Avoid this site. I ordered a pair of shoes and after 4 days of not receiving a dispatch email. I went there live chat and was told the order had been cancelled due to them running out of stock. I asked why I hadn’t been sent an email and was they had only just run out. Avoid using this site.
