What a combo!!! I am blown away with the quality of items they offer is premium. The app is human centred design. Easy to navigate and intuitive. Keep it up.
Absolutely rubbish
Dreadful app for trying to contact customer services due to an item sent with part of it missing. It is impossible to contact raise the issue with anyone I have emailed and still waiting for a response ! The app is useless when trying to raise any issues

Slow and buggy
Takes forever to load, hard to scroll through photos, and the back button is a disaster, it works only half the time, and when it does it takes forever and usually takes you back two screens. So Frustrating to navigate.
Where is the payment options??
It would be nice if I could actually pay for the goods or do I get them for free? Where are the payment options!!

Get good quality attire at low prices for all the family and for your home too .My go to place as my family is big so I get great quality at a fair price.
Holding on a chat for 2 hrs and disconnected
Shocking customer service, leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I am inclined not to purchase any more goods as a result

Buying for £500+ and still having to pay delivery is ridiculous.

I like this app, but I figured it would have app pay and bit more of a robust checkout. The checkout is the mobile site which takes forever to get through :(
Always problems with app
Paying with PayPal never works and every time I try to pay, It wipes my basket. This happens every time.

Fraser groups is my one stop shop easy most of the time cheaper as compared to other shops
Horrendous app
This is the worst app Ive ever used , it is so hard to make a payment to your account there is no way to do it! It looks like the app is now saying you have to purchase something else then you can pay at the checkout on your account! Of course it pops up with messages to say you can do this and that but you go round in circles! No support no help, I’m going to citizens advise, all I want to do is make a payment!

Kinda frustrating...
Only loads 12 items at a time and it takes forever to load the next 12. There's no option to "display all" When you hit the back arrow at the top it doesn't just go back one page eg to the list of categories you were looking at, it takes you to the homepage and you have to go from there again. The smallest price range I can only seen to select is £157 (eg I can display items priced between £100 to £257 - not 100 to 150) which is silly and annoying.

I bought a Nike trainers and I never receive my trainers and I’ve been trying to get my money back but no response from the courier or FRASERS so be careful where you shop, shop where there respect your money!!!
Experience
I find the house of Fraser a great company. The items I revived to Bahrain the Middle East was fast. Any time you want to speak to a agent they are polite and very helpful. I wish a few more countries had a service like this. I am only going 4 stars is because a skirt I ordered said size 12 but was size 10 fit 🤗 😊 Debs1282

Outstanding service & quality, but lack the ability to contact them. Sent items back & 4days later still no notification to say my return is on its way back to us & now it won’t let me see & track my orders

Love the idea of wish list would make 5 stars if I could order from it! Crashes every now and again but doesn't bother me too much as saves my orders, etc. Filters could work better.

Happy to use this easy app.
If you have any problems it’s very difficult to contact customer services, there is a bot which makes it rather complicated and time consuming, total nightmare.
Love the store but not the app! (Addition to first review).
I wrote a review earlier today but forgot to mention another problem with the app. When you click on an item it's not possible to increase the size and it also says "Store information currently unavailable". What this appears to mean is a lack of specific information about each item such as size etc.
Needed sunglasses at affordable price for the next day

Like the app..
I would say I love the app but there's 1 major issue for me..my dress size indicator does not populate in the app...I literally have to go to the website to see how the dress will fit me then go to the app and continue saving or shopping. Otherwise, I like the app 😊

Telephone for customer
You would think coming from Fraser’s the product and quality would be awesome, but actually it’s sports direct now or studio or one of the other several shops they open and you know that they’re all sized and you know there isn’t a phone number for you to be able to contact customer services as a matter of fact customer services is an absolute nightmare and a joke as somebody who is disabled these people have made it impossible for me to return several items and I am paying interest on stuff that I have never received !!
