i couldn’t get off the first slide and every time i clicked on it it took me to a slide with a woman ontop of her child. i am furious!!!😡😡😡I deleted and reinstalled the app just for it do to the same!!!!! 2 stars!!!
Needs fixing
I can’t even access the app because it won’t let me get past all the continue stages. I’ve redownloaded the app multiple times and it always gets stuck there. I’ve tried using my Internet and data but I just can’t get into the app and it’s broken!
Great chemistry
Boots, my go to for everything medical, dental and beauty.
Doesn’t work!!
Can’t get past the introduction menu. Gets stuck on the screen asking if I want personalised ads. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and re install the app and changed my tracking settings and nothing fixed it. Pls fix
Flaky App
There’s always a problem with the app. There’s frequently a technical fault or it simply won’t work. I’ve had to log in as a guest to make my purchases. They really need to upgrade it.

The website is slow and always seems to crash. Signing in is horrendous and I usually get locked out and end up having to ring them

In the age of Gen AI having such a useless incapable chatbot, you better just remove it entirely
Offers don’t work
The last few purchases I’ve made the promotional offer don’t get added on when you reach the target on the app offers. Very annoying. Messaging last time get them added. Just tried to order again and just get the standard 3 points per £1. Lost interest in the app now 😡

Since your update you are limited on its use. When searching for products , as soon as you click, load more, it’s frozen. So effectively unusable and pointless . It worked fine before but now can’t use it

Why can my existing app not continue to work? Oh I need a new phone and operating system - how ridiculous! Nearly as bad as telling me I am loosing my Advantage points as my plastic card for them is also too old and needs upgrading too …. Do Boots not consider the environmental impact on the planet?

Rubbish App
The Boots app is about the worst I have come across. Try to re-set your password and you end up being locked out, no reason why even when the new passwords match 🤷♀️
