Service
The service I received from Moon Pig Dot Com Was extremely helpful and easy to understand and work through the purchase of cards, I purchased.
Poor delivery times
I ordered a birthday card three days ago and it still hasn’t come. Multiple delivery notifications saying “it will be delivered today” but it never shows up. Royal Mail 24…. Now it’s too late. Rubbish. Won’t be using again.
Late card
I ordered a birthday card well in advance for the 16 July, almost a week before the card was due to be delivered. They received it on the 20th. Very disappointed…..
Moonpig are good DPD on the other hand
Delayed delivery as the flowers were sent to the other side of the country first
Brilliant when it works
I love Moonpig cards. They’re something special and really show you’ve taken time to make a card for someone. It’s the grown up equivalent of making one from a cornflakes box, seashells, and an old photo. What is frustrating is when the App won’t let you check out your creation and you have to start again from scratch in the web version… That doesn’t happen all the time but it does happen…
A reminder to be better
I simply would not have a reminder to act upon the celebrations pertaining to my loved ones without the reminder from moonpig that I have this responsibility. A social, marital and physical lifesaver. Muchos gracias you tiny helmet wearing porcine beauty you.
Birthday card 40th
Did not arrive on time
Very handy
The app is easy to use, very quick to upload photos and a good selection of cards but you can’t edit all the text which can be annoying. Over the last few years the quality has dropped and it takes a longer time to arrive.
Confusing as there is no ireland Moonpig site
This is a bit jumpy ordering through the moonpig.com website. I’m sending a card to Ireland and I believe Moonpig have a printers in Ireland so that they can Service the country quickly. But when you order your card, nothing comes up to say that you’re ordering it through Ireland or that the order will be processed through the Irish printers so you don’t know if it’s actually gonna get there.
Disappointed
Sadly sent a card to Spain for a friends special 60 as a surprise didn’t arrive contact moonpig sent another free of charge didn’t arrive either very disappointed that I missed a special occasion. And neither ever turned up
This app is getting easier to use
I found it hard at first because you keep on shoving gifts in front of logging out paying and logging out but I found out how to do it in. It’s quite easy now thank
Birthday card for my daughter
Not impressed at all and won’t be using the company again. I paid for her card to be tracked and delivered today. It has not arrived! Very disappointing, especially when it states tracked and the date it WILL be delivered!
Birthday reminders
You log on and you don’t give discount
Mediocre
The range of cards has got rather boring to be honest. And the website had a big glitch where I couldn’t import my photo so couldn’t actually design the card I wanted.
Convenient
It’s a great convenient app. However, I’m always let down on delivery date. Hoping this time it’s delivered on the day/date I paid extra for
Christening Card
After a few mix up . I have managed to sort out my card thanks to James who was very helpful
Card not delivered on agreed date
Very poor and disappointing
Great App
Love Moonpig! It helps keep me organised and mark special family occasions while living abroad. The only down side is that they don’t seem to change or expand the gift selection very often. I would like to see more options or changing options year to year, so that I can continue to send birthday gifts long term.
Crazy expensive
22 dollars for a regular sized Christmas card inc delivery is crazy.
Very handy
V helpful
The best
I love you moon pig. Always can rely on you guys to send the cards . Ordered a card and present for my sister because she passed her GCSES with flying colours so wanted to send a little summon and it literally came the next day she was so happy and sent me a lovely text. I used another company before but I tried this one and won’t use anyone else now but you guys keep up the good work. And it’s not even expensive depends what u get of course but cheaper really than shops. ;)
Card
Delivery was meant to be Saturday, 3 days later
App
Can only use the app. Keep getting blocked online on my Mac.
Over promise and under deliver
Once again Moonpig have over promised and under delivered on postage i ordered two cards a weeks ago and they have not arrived the postage was for Thursday i needed one of the cards on Friday for my nieces 18th birthday = fail Moonpig
Amazing cards, wonky app
The site is overall amazing but please add saving drafts! Very frustrating to make half a card and then the app reloads and it’s gone or half of it is gone. Photo management also buggy but I’ll keep coming back (and happy to beta test)
Excellent products
Great company, fantastic cards and lots of personalised gifts to offer
Let down by poor customer service
I contacted customer service because the AI couldn't help find a postcard templates we'd used before. Generic cut and paste responses that more or less said tough luck, suck it up. Didn't get reminders for Moonpig plus renewal either and they've removed postcard templates we used to use. The service levels are slipping- can't recommend!
Convenient
Convenient to send cards to people who you aren’t going to see in person. I like being able to personalise them with photos. Fairly expensive but you pay for the convenience. The thing that annoys me is that I pay in AUD but get charged a foreign fee on my credit card. I’d prefer to have the option to pay in £ at checkout to avoid that fee.
WAS Awesome
I liked this app, my top chef until price hiked out of my budget.
Cards were cute but late
Cards were cute and easy to design. They say same day dispatch if ordered by 2pm but they weren’t. A USPS label was created but I’m not convinced it was in USPS hands. Ordered on Monday and paid extra shipping for delivery between Wednesday and Thursday. Order actually delivered on Friday. So they’re just pocketing the money, not actually paying USPS for rush. A cute option if you’re not in a time rush. Wouldn’t recommend if you want it delivered on time.
Julie
Love how easy it is to use Moonpig and generally always get to me next day

I could not find how to Put a message on the card I had to insert photo of sender Perhaps a tutorial would help
Filters and search don’t work properly
It is sad that when you try to filter the choices do not work on a cumulative basis, only on the last filter chosen N
Extremely expensive postage
To post in the same state it cost over $12 for standard post and also might take 5 days.
Birthday card
I recommend Moonpig cards for all occasions. My family and friends looks forward to having there cards. I love them only the best for my lot. You will not be disappointed.
Don’t deliver on time
I paid extra postage but I didn’t receive the card
Moonpig!
I find a Moonpig to be incredibly useful. I am rubbish at remembering dates for birthdays and special occasions but Moonpig is diary and calendar keeps track for me. Reminds me in plenty of time each year to get a card ready to send. Has helped me to score. Many brownie points with the family. The new video QR code feature on cards is great fun. The gift ideas are great also!
Good app, cards now too expensive
£7.99 for a standard card, really! There are other apps out there, just as good, with much cheaper cards. Won’t be using Moonpig again
Delivery Estimate Please?
I send cards overseas regularly, and I want the card to arrive not too early and not late! Moonpig don’t seem to be able to provide me a latest possible delivery date when they estimate foreign postal services delivery times. Can this be fixed please?
Birthday card
Loads of different cards to pick from. Fast delivery
Not arrived
Ordered a card on 19th not arrived for anniversary on 22nd. Why advertise next day delivery if can’t make it happen. Amazon manage to deliver on the same day. Not exactly a cheap card. Won’t use again.
User friendly
I really like this app the only reason i gave it 4 and not 5 stars, is I would love it if it had a “save for later” list. Other than that its pretty good! I live in Canada and use this to send cards and gifts to family & friends in the UK.
False Voucher information
When creating a message popped up saying Discount added to basket! Don’t forget to hit “Apply Voucher” in the basket to apply the discount. I did not get the option to “Apply Voucher” so why did I get the message?
Repeat customer …. However …. !
I love Moonpig overall … I’ve been an advocate from the start … gripes …. Well every time I get a discount code …. It never works … annoying not a biggy …. ! I would love to use them for ordering a hundred cards … uploading my art work to send to friends family etc … they still aren’t offering a bulk discount deal …. Which ps a real pity …. As their quality is excellent .
Great cards
Fun
Card didnt arrive on time
Paid for the faster delivery and still didn’t arrive in time so missed the persons birthday
Love it... but..
Love the app, love being able to create and send cards and gifts to friends and family via app... my only problem is that when selecting photos you can really edit it, crop or scale it thru the phone... that’s a lie, I was able to scale it a bit. But it was such a challenge to pinch the tiny photo box, with out the app shutting down, or without it selecting another photo... I gave up in the end and sent the card with peoples heads chopped off or with a super zoomed in photo of their face.. trust me it’s not as funny as that sounds and it’s totally gonna look a bit odd. If you can fix this... and allow the user to add more photo boxes on blank page, then five stars all the way!
Website very unhelpful
Gave me options to get discounts. Repeatedly tried to use the discount codes but wouldn’t allow me.
Good Quality
Nice selection. Hopefully will arrive when said to Ireland. Cards are normally of great quality. Would love free delivery.
