Quality
Shopped for over 10 years Absolutely love flannels
Very disappointing returns process.
I bought a £125 hoodie from Flannels and it was the wrong size. Not only have I had to pay £6.99 delivery which for an item of this price is a joke, I have had to pay £6.99 to return the wrong size, and then another £6.99 to have the correct size delivered. Very disappointing returns processs.
Great sales
Loses a star for the high delivery cost when you’ve just spent a fortune on designer clothes
Cost of shipping
Cost of shipping in this day and age I have to think twice before I buy here
Flannels
Great app, but I can’t change currency in app to Euros
My favourite shopping app
Best fashion
Don’t buy online
Absolutely horrible and disgusting online shopping experience ! Ordered 2 items worth £135 and paid £6.99 ! Not only the items came too small but I have to pay extra £6.99 again for shipping ! There is zero help from online and forget about any help from store if you have bought online ! You will be like an alien to the store staff if you bought it online ! Will be deleting the app once I get the refund ! If you are really desperate and want to buy designer clothes then either buy directly from the preferred brand or just go to the store ! Please don’t buy online ! 👎👎👎👎
Vouchers and deals
I love flannels but I always find that when you try and buy something it isn’t clear on vouchers or deals you get. I also think it’s hard to return through local stores
App constantly freezes on check out
Terrible app full of bugs and can’t check out if using PayPal without it freezing
New update
Loved the app however with the new update, you loose everything that you had in your wish list and you have to sign it every time where as before you wouldn’t need to sign in so its abit annoying
Sign in
Can’t sign in after update
Bag
Always took my items out my basket
Darragh's review
Love the sales but other stuff can be cheaper. Other than that fantastic!
Pretty poor app really it sticks sometimes when searching, has a glitch now and again so you can’t log in ! Threw me out of my original account and couldnt recover it ! Strange as normally all other aspects of the business are very well conducted.
Good interface but buggy
The app itself is good, well presented and has a user friendly interface but it crashes and I lose what I am looking for after a few minutes scrolling.
Flannels
Best app for shopping and great deals
Bags when returning to previous items
So annoying you press the return/go back to full list of items and it shows different items you didn’t open or touched instead of going back to the full items page
good website
Needs better imaging and descriptions
Faulty
Hey, the app hasn’t been working for a while now, nothing seems to open for some reason. Please release a patch to sort the issue
Cool

Problem with my voucher
The app is good but I don’t know why when I put my promotional voucher at checkout the website and the app never lets me check out even though I have the balance for the items, also sent them an email but no response if they can fix this then I’ll give them 5 stars
Review
Average online shopping app for designer brands
Great service
Great service Great products Easy to use Speedy delivery
Absolutely horrible
I would have gave it a zero but that would have been rude I waited for my package for 20 days and no emails about it at all had no mention of where it is it cost over £100 pound and it’s wasted now and nothing has shown up so do not buy off of here
Great app
Very great designer love the way the app is and definitely will continue shopping
Cheaper on website rather than app
I find items using the same product ID be cheaper by 20 euro or more on the website flannels.ie. Because of this, the app is only good to bookmark items.

As a new customer do you offer discounts off your order
Scammers
Took my voucher and didn’t add it to my balance and said they could help
DESIGNER
always a sale on designer clothes & shoes. All name brand items though, very flashy
Over priced
Have a good selection of items but for an over priced amount.
Excellent service
Bought T-shirt & joggers for my grandsons birthday, site was so easy to use, filter took me to exactly what I wanted. Ordering was quick & simple.
Issue placing order
Tried multiple times over the last 24 hours to place the same order & just keeps sticking at the final step. Poor system.
Great shopping
I have ordered before and it was a great material with authentic products and service..and also the prices are amaZing comparing with other shopping retailers..but it would be highly appreciated if there is more details about the products like the length and width of the T-shirts.. anyway it is a marvellous app and looking to have more orders from 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Good
Good app for stone island and cp company
App needs a major update
This app is riddled with bugs and needs a major update ASAP I’ve been a customer for years and the experience just isn’t great enough to even make a purchase now , I’m constantly getting frustrated with the fact I scroll and find something and the app keeps crashing I get locked out and have to restart the process and never get to make my purchases I’ve been put off several times by this problem
Rate
Can use a update different style of app nice though
Always great prices
Best prices I’ve seen for designer stuff I buy, always arrives on time and never any issues, highly recommended
i wish i could give zero start .
This app is a nightmare who ever created it needs to be sued so frustrating , having the worst experience trying to return an order . The functions are useless cant even download my return form . If you care for your mental health dont use this rubbish app
5 Stars
4 Stars, only reason for not giving 5 is sometimes site says item is in stock when it’s not but other than that I have ordered from them 3 times now, great service, excellent quality products and 100% legit for anyone wondering, fast delivery too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
