Handy to keep track of your rewards card but the search function is very poor so not the best app for browsing and shopping unless.
Unable to add favourites on the App
Unfortunately, unable to add favourites on the app which really defeats the use of the app if you want to create wish lists. Really needs upgraded to compete with similar stores Apps

Harrods has made it easier for online shopping. I’m enjoying it more than visiting the store.
Rubbish
Probably the worst app for any luxury store that I’ve had. Always issues with logging in and when you want to use the app in store you never can as it states “something has gone wrong, please try again later”
Good start but still room to improve
The new version apparently is better and stylish than the old version. However, it is not very stable, happened to shut down or hang suddenly with no reasons. It is suggested to add a function that to list out all the available options on each of the item page if there is an other choices of pattern or color, it will be more clear and user friendly
Not great performance
Certainly not the best app, and not the quality I’d expect for a brand of this calibre. Screen won’t load on many pages, doesn’t show my orders, filtering difficult on browsing - I’ve just tried again for the umpteenth time only to find it still doesn’t work. More frustration than anything. Edit: screen loads now after an update, as it does showing my orders, but filtering is certainly not good.
App doesn’t work
Constantly logging you off, your wishlist disappears and even the website does t work.

Cuts out
Anytime I go to shopping bag I’m thrown out of the app
NO GAMES
I was in the Harrods app in the menu I saw games it came up with Peter Rabbit and then as soon as I was about to press play The game shut and I was in my home screen but Everything else and shopping was very nice and I could shop as much as I wanted to shop but it is a good app. It also takes a long time to download. This was on an iPhone 6s
Broken app!
Utterly shambolic app. Despite multiple updates that they have rolled out across several years, the app still lacks basic functionality such as being able to save a product to your wish list in the app, or view previous order history etc. I also have sporadic issues where my rewards information does not display correctly , with one page saying I’m signed in and another showing me as signed out. I’ve also had issues placing an order, being prompted to sign in when already in the check out and signed in! Come on Harrods, do better!
Bugs
Problems: 1) Requires login for every session; 2) Isn’t adding membership card to apple wallet; 3) repeated problems saving telephone number and/or birthday (despite trying both through website and app); 4) unnecessarily requests 2-factor email authentification at every login, update of information, and adding card to wallet (which doesn’t work). Frustrating.

Failing App
This app hasn’t worked properly for over 12 months now. Doesn’t matter how many times I delete the app and reload it, I am still unable to see my order history, or my favourite saved items. Such a rubbish app for an impressive store ! Please sort out these issues once and for all Harrods !!!
Interactive map!
The map is almost essential if there's anything specific you're looking for since Harrods is so complicated with so very many rooms (and even the physical floor guides don't show you all the counters), so the interactive map showing you exactly where you are and exactly how to get where you want to go is a godsend. Even on my iPhone X though the game crashes the app every time.
Slow! Full of bugs.
Can’t access basic informations such as my transactions, earned points. Keeps loading for hours. I would expect better than this from Harrods.
Bug with sign in
Looping between sign in credentials and verification code. Tried turning phone off and on, updated app and iOS to latest version, the issue persists. Can the account be remain signed in until I chose to sign out?

As soon as I open app, it says to “update it” and it’s on the latest version. Pls fix !

Excellent App
The app has great features and it is pretty straightforward. You can visualise your points and cash balance immediately, and your benefits. You can do your shopping easily by applying the super-effective filters and know everything about Harrods. It's a beautiful means to have access to this sublime store. I do recommend everyone to download it.
Maintenance for well over a week
App has been stuck in maintenance mode for well Over a week. Tried installing and reinstalling nothing to state otherwise working anywhere else
Disappointing
I can’t seem to access my Harrods account. It takes my credentials and then doesn’t do anything. Very frustrating
Cart is empty after closing the app
Whenever I reopen the app after closing it, and while still signed with my account, I find the cart is empty of the items that I'v added them preior!!

So slow
The app is so so slow it’s a joke and it’s so laggy so bad I expected better from high fashion brand
Has some issues but overall good
Good app and range of products once it lets you login. The app used to always kick me out and I had to log in over and over again. But now it won’t even let me log in, my credentials are correct and I enter the verification code but it still doesn’t log me in. Would be better if the developers could figure out the login issue. There’s a box to check if you want to remain logged in and it still kicks me out. In the age of face logins, it’s annoying that I have to keep typing my info and still be kicked out. No point bec I only end up browsing, can’t shop and can’t save wishlist. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and emailing their support team but no use.

App not working properly
I am writing to express my concern regarding the Harrods app, which currently does not load at all. Many customers, including myself, have been eagerly waiting to pre-order the Advent Calendar, as recently announced. However, the app is showing an error and remains completely unresponsive, making it impossible to access or place an order.
Frustrating to use
I’m from the USA. Whenever I open the app, I have to change my country of origin and I need to sign in. I wish it kept you signed in and kept your preferences like country of origin. The Saks app does this as does the Selfridges app. Once you go through that (every time), then the app is great.
Amazing!
The upgraded Harrods app its just got amazing! Starting with the design, usability, ability to change colour of the reward card based on your tier - I just love! Its much more user friendly, you can booked your 10% days straight from the app which cuts waiting time!
Shockingly bad shopping experience
What a mess of an app. Wanted some sale items and because of the bugs and slow experience. Most of the sale items were out of stock by the time I got to basket. Total nightmare
No ‘back’ button when browsing items
When browsing and I click an item, there’s no ‘back’ button so I have to go to the main menu again and find the page I was browsing once again. Super annoying.
