Horrible customer service
Buyer beware! If you attempt to make a purchase on this app and it doesn’t work with your first payment due to their back end server you will be unable to buy at all. Not only will it block you but any additional attempts with any other card will result in the same. Not worth the hassle and the useless run around from customer service who seem to be so incompetent they can’t answer any actual questions and simply “will forward to the finance department” who will then also not actually contact you. Good luck and don’t waste your time.
Be Quick
My first time ordering from 24S. Really good selections but a few things I’ve learned. Read the fine print of the promo codes. The 10% off for new members will only apply to “new arrivals” items. The Boxing Day winter20 code only applies to some other rule. In any case very few applications. The prices are still lower than the main designer website so I guess that’s ok. Also, when you add items to your basket, someone else can snatch them from you so be quick.
Not for Cis Men
Cool app it, it’s just geared more towards women fashion. When it comes to men’s clothing there’s very little to select from and not worth your time downloading.

Just downloaded, nothing works
Not a single page but the home page will load. Cant browse by category or anything. Probably just a bug and I’m hoping this review will clue the developers in on what’s happening. Or if it’s a dead app, they can tell me.
Bug in Chinese version
The sub-category Boots and Ankle Boots under Men does not work every time I click it. It remains unresponsive after each update. Could you check that? Thank you.

Great for iPhone not for iPad
I often use 24S’ website from my MacBook Pro and it’s great. And when they have the app, obviously I would use it without hesitation. The app functions very well, like their website, and it works great with my iPhone. But with my iPad, I would like to see the app works like one should for iPad not a small iPhone app plugged into a big screen of iPad.

기본적으론 외국에 본사가있는 앱이므로 문의사항 작성시엔 마이페이지에가서 언어를 영어로 변경한뒤에 문의사항을 작성해야만하며 고객센터에 글을 남기는것보단 이메일로 문의사항을 접수하는게 더 빠른 답을 받을 수 있습니다. 각종 할인코드를 활용하면 저렴하게 이용할 수 있고 믿을 수 있는 회사인데다가 요청하면 이메일로 구매사항의 Invoice를 받을 수 있어 만족합니다.
Pas de version ipad
On aimerait avoir une version optimisée pour l’ ipad… Le site est bien, les produits tops mais quand on veut voir les produits de manière plus agréable que l’écran minuscule du téléphone, l’ipad est un must… oublié par 24S.
Decent app
This app is decent but they need to work out some of the kinks. For example, if you click on your “love list” on the bottom right hand side of the page, you get stuck and have to restart the app for it to function. It’s been this way for months!

I love this site. It always felt like a treasure hunt. Even better is the people behind it. Their service is immaculate. I had three times in need of customer service, all via email. Every time it was prompt, professional and efficient. I totally recommend them.
This company has no integrity.
If you want to return some stuff. Be careful! There are thieves in this company. They don't investigate. They'll just tell you to call the police.

Sort Feature Doesn’t Work
I get an error when trying to sort the items by New Arrivals, Price from Low to High and Price from High to Low.

Well curated brands and love the style of this app. However unknown error is generated within a few clicks and it makes me so mad.
Can’t load wish list
It’s been an issue to load wishlist items for months. Only able to display the first two items then frozen the app .

They claim the item shipped out on their site but when you click on the tracking number , it only says the shipper receive the information but not the package!! Be aware of them. I have demanded for the order t be canceled and my money refunded back to me!! Bad everything about them!!

Dommage car belle appli
Dommage - la liste des envies disparaît sans prévenir (une liste que vous avez préparée et qui se supprime seule c’est très agaçant pour ne pas dire autre chose) temps de chargement de chaque feature EXTRÊMEMENT long, si par malheur vous souhaitez zoomer sur une photo vous devez attendre avec le petit logo “Escalator” en espérant que cela fonctionne ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas... en comparaison les sites mobile d’autres marques sont beaucoup plus rapides or une appli corrige l’attente que l’on peut avoir en PWA. Je suis étonnée de la faible performance de l’application en revanche l’UX/UI est réussie. Peut être est ce trop lourd?

The app is not working properly
Not able to see everything before the filter, it only shows the first page and have no choice to go to the next page. After filtering, everything is gone:) the page seems to be loading but after wait for 5mins , still not showing any

Made a gift purchase as my first order and was very satisfied at how fast it arrived and the packaging!
Be aware of your privacy
There is no notification before the purchase or when purchasing that I need to give out my SSN to get my order. I had ordered a lot of things over $1000 online, none of merchants need my SSN except " 24s.com". They told me" if you cannot send out your SSN, we will return the package back to us. " If you care your privacy like me, please be aware of shopping this website. Again, I don't believe SSN is needed for delivery, especially when the credit card transaction was been successfully made. I really don't think you need to give out your SSN for buying things online!! SO BE AWARE OF IT!!! And by tracking the delivery status, I don't know why my order is sending to a clearance event. No one explains to me. This is ridiculous. I doubt that the products I ordered were used. This shopping experience is AWFUL!!! I will NEVER shop on this website again. I will shop on Saks Fifth Avenue or Bergdorf Goodman or Net-a-Porter instead.
