Love the experience with net-a-porter, great selection of items, wonderful service, the measurements on items are pretty much always correct and very informative - I never even had to return anything

I am trying to unsubscribe for a long time and that’s not allowed due to an error . That’s unacceptable.
Your company struggles
Your Net-a-porter app times out and kicks me up after 15 minutes of usage. Payment times out and screen freezes any time you have promos and increased traffic. The pricing often is higher by 20% when shipped to Qatar than shopping tax fees in Europe. Yet, the import tax in Qatar is only 5%. In addition, yoox, your outlet company is a fraud. Better close it. You keep on adding old inventory at exaggerated prices. Your catalogue staff is terrible with no attention to description details and clear photos of item sides and back. Your management plays with prices changing it several times throughout the year. An item may cost 2005 more or less when re-listed. Stock is so old and often damaged, dirty, and often wrong size or items are sent. Last time I ordered nearly 2,000 Euro to Qatar through Rami Shinnawie account of my husband and without any notice, I could no longer return these old damaged and not fitting properly items at your expense. The shipping back to Italy of that big box was 400 Euro, so I decided to give the items away and NEVER shop with Yoox again ( I shopped with Yoox for 20 years first from USA and then when I moved to Qatar)

Impossible to get help!
After several attempts at emailing all their published email addresses and getting “this inbox is too full” automatic replies and multiple ties to engage in their alleged 24/7 chat that keeps shutting off the conversation, I don’t know what to do to get help about a faulty item!

Great app but could be even better
This is a great app but 2 things; there’s a bit of lag and it’s not connection related, I’ve tried different locations. Second issue is the filtering.. it’s not very user friendly specially when you want to filter to multiple items across different categories.

Wish site was more responses to direct requests, rather than keep taking you back to each category. For example if searching dress with pockets - it cannot respond to this !!

Promo didn’t work
I downloaded the app to apply the 10% off first time purchase. It said it wasn’t valid with my purchase. My purchase was not on sale and was full price.

Wrong contact details
I have been trying to contact Net-A-Porter for days. The phone number is out of service, I cannot reach support through messages, and emails are not being answered. For a luxury company, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Search and browsing beyond a few scrolls broken
Cannot filter anymore - either it doesn’t seem to actually apply the filter or it says nothing available. Scrolling also let’s you go a few rows down and then “refreshes/reloads” and starts feeding in the ones from the start again. Makes general browsing impossible.
Unable to create an account
I love that the website updates really on the item that I liked that is out of stocks else where but every times I tried to create an account then I ended up giving up and purchasing as guest account instead. Pretty annoying!
A real luxury retailer
I recently ordered a YSL bag from this app-I considered this risky as I’ve never shopped here before and didn’t know their quality control. Not only was the bag in perfect condition (as it should be for the price), it was packaged carefully and immaculately, complete with Saint Laurent dust bag/ gift box/tissue paper inside/around delicate parts. I do not buy a luxury bag that often, but when I do, if there is even the tiniest smudge it is going straight back. They definitely gained my business and clearly care about what they produce.
Terrible customer service
Don’t use them. So many other online platforms. Their customer service is horrific. Useless. Non responsive. They keep your money indefinitely when you return. It’s a total scam!!

I found that the service had seriously deteriorated, the return take for ever to be picked up as does the money returned on the card, I have to chase delivery sometimes . Often the app doesn’t work properly .

Hi, I enjoy very much by purchasing beauty product from your site. However, some of my favourite brands are not carrying by your shop. For example, la Mer. It would be great if you can even have this on your beauty section.
Unreasonable return of items without informing the client
I have need buying items from many sellers this year: Farfetch, Mytehresa, Harrods, Matches Only Net-a-Porter sends back items that I have returned and charges full price. Last return was delivered back to me without a single notification and explanation from support service. I have no idea why they rejected return. No one contacted me. If I have changed my home adress this pricey item will be lost at all. I feel the platform is trying to increase sales by not allowing returns or finding fake reasons to reject returns If I wasnt ordering from other platforms I would think it's industry tool but from my experience it's only Net-a-Porter that is doing that Will delete the app and use Mytheresa instead. Net-a-Porter turned into scammers

The newest version is horrible!
The newest version of the app is terrible! The layout is worse than the previous versions which makes it more difficult to navigate. Moreover, whenever I try to refine my search results, a problem occurs : It initially shows my narrowed down searches. However, as I scroll down to view the products, the page keeps jumping back to the very top, which means I can never smoothly scroll to the bottom and finish looking at all the items until the end without it jump back to the top of the page every other 10 seconds. It’s really annoying! During the sale period, I like to use the “refined search” function to narrow down to specific designers instead of looking at thousands of items at one time. Whenever I finish browsing one item and attempt to return to the previous page, my refined search results would disappear and I would have to re-select the designers and search all over again. The previous versions would allow me to stay on my search results page and continue browsing. Moreover, I can never add something to my shopping bag from my wish list on this new version. There is always an error whenever I try. It’s so annoying that it’s horrible! The latest version of the app is taking up a whole lot more of my time shopping than it’s designed to be . Please fix it NAP!

I use this app all the time to find steals and deals on specific items I want to invest in. I’ve always had fast shipping on standard deliveries - which is amazing. I’ve been shopping with this app for about two years now.
Bad experience
Downloaded app as new customer and discount did not work. Then, ordered shoes. Wrong item was sent. Then, customer service told me that right size was out of stock. Looked it up myself and it was in stock. Emailed customer service back and no reply. First purchase on net a porter, and not impressed.
Urgent App Problem
The new App has bugs. When you try to scroll down, after a few pages, it flashes back to the first page!!! It is impossible to browse through all the pages eg on the Sale and Flash Sale pages. My Iphone has updated the latest IOS and I had even tried deleting the App and re-downloading it but problems persist. It is really frustrating and I think I am going to miss the Flash Sale. I like the old App much better.

Usually updates make an app better but this one is just the opposite. The app display and color is so ugly now and can’t filter cloths type. But as YOU don’t oblige by claiming the GST 10% k they always have a 10% start over you on pricing. And most normal people respect saving 10% on everything. Plus their frequent well priced sales help their advantage....I can’t resist a sale OR a good discount. But when I was a so called Eip or VIP it didn’t benefit me say if because I had been very ill in hospital, which I frequently am an wasn’t home when things arrived, making the return boxes late, you sent those items , usually SHOES—now, people, if shoes don’t fit they are unwearable,8 still have a very expensive pair from you. I keep them on the mantelpiece and they are a great conversation piece and probably not in a way beneficial to you.
