New update is awful
This used to be a discount luxury outlet online, now it looks like a sketchy website that you would check BBB about and decide not to purchase from. My problems with the website: 1. The fonts are nonsensical- They don’t match anywhere in the app and they’re tiny silly tiny 2. Instead of listing the price like it used to there are three numbers and a sale logo- This tales more time to scroll through and is strange, as I can tell it is on sale because the price is in red and it has the old price and precent off (you can pick one) 3. The new update has erased wishlists and purchases- All of my wishlist and my older purchases. I feel like a valued customer. 4. The filter is worse than it used to be- Why so many random fields and buttons? Let me just select category and brand. It’s so busy. 5. Weird login- Why the shop app? Are you a gen-Z startup? I have a password 6. Homepage is cheap- Why the two contrast headers? Why do the photos under the “trending” header look like AI? If they are, stop it, you’re devaluing your brand. If they aren’t, get better photos. So please, whoever has just acquired the brand, bother to beta test the app. Remember that you sell thousand dollar clothes and are not H&M, even if they’re on sale. Make the app pleasant again.

Of all the things I've bought from your store, I absolutely loved this Zimmerman purchase; the shoes and the dress were exactly what I expected—they're gorgeous and comfortable.
Can’t share links
I’m trying to style someone for an event and share links with them but whenever I use the share function the links that result are invalid (the error message shown is about a server issue). Such a shame but makes it so I can’t recommend products from this site.
Ooof this new interface
I’ve been an outnet shopper for years, and this new app design is making me spend less time on the app. The filters are clunkier than before and the sort functions simply don’t work. Yikes.

What have you done????
An absolute disaster! I’ve been the outbet’s clients for years and put over 200 orders and now I’m debating removing the app all together and never buying anything again. This last update literally killed the app. The search is rubbish, can’t filter properly, only showing a few items etc and my wish list is gone… I’m not going to buy anything until you fix it.
LOUD UNSTOPPABLE “trailer”!??!!
Imagine you just got the baby/grandma/puppy to sleep and you think you’ll just quietly scroll pretty things in bed. You download and open the OUTNET and suddenly fill the room with some catwalk tune. You poke the screen fumble panicked but nothings working to stop the music. It stops finally, but as your phone unlocks it starts again. The waking up begins. The whole place starts crying. Yeah. Good times. I wonder if that cut-scene happens every time or just the first, like a video game. I deleted the app, but I will learn to trust again.
Bad UX
The update has made some irritating UX changes. The search bar on the homepage is just a redirect to another page with a search bar. Can no longer sort by newest. Annoying.
Filtering
The prices are amazing; but filtering & narrowing down the wish list is very limited; so it takes huge amount of time to go through the possible options; and still impossible to finish it

Top designers at a fraction of the cost. I enjoy using the app. Always new merchandise available.

I have been a customer for years. My reward is having my wishlist wiped out? Bye.

Update Removed Features
With this update, one of the standout features that made the Outnet my preferred choice was removed. Previously, there was a details section which clearly listed materials/fibre %. If there was an ‘editors’ note’ section for an item, this was brief and meaningful. These sections have now been replaced with a “Description” which is a just lengthy AI paragraphs, nearly identical for every item and not worth reading. Materials may or may not be mentioned. There are 3 things we assess when determining an item’s worth to us: Design, construction, and materials. Please bring back this detail section asap. Most people like to know what they are paying for and AI slop doesn’t cut it. (Ps- as noted by other commenters, you messed up our wishlists. Please give us our sort/filter back)
Works well but can’t swipe to go back anymore
The app is good and works well but whatever recent update you’ve done has removed the ability to swipe to go back. Can you fix this please?

Is there any way to switch back to the previous version? The old version had such a great search, the filters actually worked, and the wishlist was so much more convenient! The new version is honestly terrible. 😩

Horrible update
Just updated the app and it’s absolutely useless! The filter doesnt work. Although there’re plenty of dresses from a certain designer, dress category shows as zero. If i want to filter the bags by color, there’s no color option! Absolutely useless DOWNgrade.

New client to outlet
I signed up for the app with the promise of a 15% discount on my first order which I didn’t receive on purchase of my goods. Don’t fall for it! I probably won’t shop on the outlet again as a result and will delete the app once my garments arrive

Needs an update
Keeps glitching and crashing when I am viewing products. This makes me have to restart the search over and over. Please update!
Great site but no product reviews or specific sizing
Love this site and shop here a lot. However, I do have two qualifications. When I find something I like, I need to cross reference to the designer’s website to find accurate sizing as The OUTNET seems to use a generic table that doesn’t adjust for different designers. It pretty much always says items are true to size when there is considerable variation. In Australia, clothing size aligns with UK sizing and shoe sizes align with US sizing. The shoe sizing is particularly bad onThe OUTNET as “EU” can mean a variety of things. Also, there are never any reviews or pics of items in real life, so I need to go to other sites such as Rent The Runway to learn if the item is short, itchy, tight, difficult to wear etc. but otherwise, the quality and shipping is very good and I have enjoyed everything.

“Update” makes app unusable
The update took away all filters and the filters that are left do not work properly and are horrible to use; trying to find a size is almost impossible. It has literally made the app unusable. Since the update, I now only go on it to see if they have fixed it and when I see that they haven’t, I immediately close it.

All my purchases have been well beyond my expectations, one thing though is the high cost of shipping
App review
I hate the new way that the app is set up. I want to be able to click on what I want to search specifically on the site and your new updates does not permit that instead of having it break broken down to the depart per percentage I want go into the specific clothing categories of my choosing, and not your grouping. the way you guys have it set up now is really counterproductive, with everything else in the world you really think you need to tell us how to shop now too?? hence why I haven’t shopped with you in so long.

Upgrade is awful
This upgrade is the worst I’ve ever seen, the filters to search by materials went away and the size filters are wonky. The old version was great, I’m legit not gonna use this unless they bring back the old features

Brands are missing from items on the app
The brands are missing/not showing on the app. Only noticed this in the last few days, otherwise the app is normally great.
App is extremely slow
1) Improve on speed and responsiveness of app. Scrolling through designers list is excruciatingly slow. 2) Increase the amount of items we could add to wish list. 3) Have more detailed descriptions of merchandise. Since OUTNET is the outlet of Net-a-Porter, there should be a way to port over merchandise information easily.
