Password “reset”
I’m unable to login. In order to “reset” my password I have to enter my current password…so it quickly becomes and endless loop of frustration.
Need better iPad layout
I love browsing the clothes, it’s an excellent layout to browse and see different outfits. I also like how you keep the same outfit but sometimes with different shoes giving great options. Wish there was a wider view for iPad for I need to clear space from my iPhone and would rather use my iPad for creative stuff like fashion where I can see pictures bigger. Also I love the content you all use on Instagram, it’s one of the last good things on that site so I wish you all as a company well!

Bug
I got stuck at the human verification step every time to track the shipping status or even trying to access my account details. Seems like you just nested the verification webpage in the app… Why do I need to verify myself as a human while using your app. It’s understandable if someone access your website from a browser, and you’re not sure whether it’s a human or a program. But this is your own App, what do you expect?
filter issues
i love ssense, i’m an avid shopper on the app, and use it daily. recently i’ve noticed the filters aren’t working as intended. on top of that, sometimes when shopping for specific items, ie: sweatpants, some brands that i’ve seen available disappear from the filters. having the same issue with categories
Shipping is terrible.
While I really enjoy the idea of getting authentic luxury items at discounted prices, which is the only reason there are two stars, I ordered a necklace on the sixth. It was due to be delivered on the 8th, fabulous! Well there is a clearance delay with customs which FedEx says SSENSE has to release through their point of contact, yet SSENSE claims they do not have a point of contact with the shipper and can do nothing about it. So either SSENSE is lying, or FedEx is. Both are pointing the finger at one another and neither are finding a solution. Until it is resolved, I will not purchase anything else. I warn anyone who is buying in the United States to PROCEED WITH CAUTION! I have a feeling I will never receive my merchandise.

Duties to the US are wacky. A $673 jacket with duties and taxes came to $808.

Scam
It's a scam how they raise prices as soon as you mark something you like, even if it's already discounted. If you don't buy it right away, they'll eventually raise the price, and their response is just some kind of justification. I've never seen them raise the price again after discounting something when someone shows interest. They use your preferences and your information to raise the price of those products again.

I'm really bored with the whole tax increase thing; it used to be the best page because of that.
