Why don’t discount codes count if not in the UK
I bought my first item from FarFetch with the promise of a 15% discount being a first time customer, if I downloaded and ordered through the app. So I put the item in my cart, put in the code, only to find out the discount didn’t apply to me because I live outside UK. Discount codes should apply, regardless of where the customer lives.

App crashes all
App crashes all the time when scrolling through long list of items (encountering app crash maybe once every 3 uses). it also interrupts (stops) the music that i'm playing on my phone even though there are no sounds/videos being played through the farfetch app

My return order arrived on 7/3, and it’s been 17 days and I still haven’t received my refund. Called them multiple times and each time they guaranteed inconsistent answers like I’ll receive my refund in the next 6 business days, next week, next 2 business days, etc.. Don’t shop here unless you never return an order

Love the website and app. Everything is easy to navigate and there’s always a sale. One of the few online fashion sites I trust. However they should allow customers to favourite more than 100 items.

Not greatly impressed
I found it difficult to find the product I was looking for despite having been sent an image of it by the intended recipient. Payment failed numerous times using my chosen credit card so I had to use Apple Pay. It failed again for no apparent reason. Finally made payment using a credit card I hadn’t intended to use. And to top it all, my 15% discount code didn’t work because, although there was no information on the website, upon calling Farfetch, I was told the brand I was buying didn’t qualify for the discount. Probably wouldn’t use again.

Terrible customer service. My order was processed for several days and then suddenly canceled without any notification or explanation. I was really counting on this package, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
Wishlist
Overall I’m loving the user experience of Farfetch. The app is very easy to navigate and lots of great recommendations based on style choices. But I wish I could save more than 100 items on my wishlist, right now every new item I save to wishlist replaces the oldest one. Would also be amazing if I could create different categories for different types of wishlists. Otherwise, this is one of my favourite online shopping apps!

I have decided close my Farfetch account due to the fact they now use FedEx which is quite possibly the worst courier in the UK. Whenever farfetch use FedEx for my deliveries, I never ever received the parcel. Cannot be bothered with the hassle anymore.

Not as good as before
Sizing guide isn’t available on all products (unhelpful). Descriptions no longer show what size the model is wearing (unhelpful). Full Search options no longer include sale items (need to search separately). Promotions and discounts no longer offered. No incentive to use.
