Can’t filter out bad stores
There are a bunch of stores on the app that appear untrustworthy. There’s no way to easily filter them out ( you have to choose every other store!) so the app is worthless to me. Nice idea, if it worked.

Well, the problem is that some of the descriptions are completely un accurate. What are them listed the material as “fabric” that’s about as precise as you can get?

So I downloaded the app because of the adds on instagram, the items are really cool but the problem is that if I see something I like on an add in instagram I can’t get sent to the item in the app but apart from that it is ok

This is always my Go to for Anything New or Finds that I can’t get anywhere else, it’s the absolute best and most amazing app in sourcing quality merchandise 💎
Shady and illegal tactics
If you’re in the US, don’t use this app and/or any of the links for these “amazing” discounts. They’ll process your order (e.g. Mainline in England, amongst at least one other) , take the money from your card , and then 24 hours later send you an email canceling the order without any specific or solid reason. Then, even though the money should return within 3-5 days, it will take a lot longer, many emails, also dealing with perhaps the worst customer service that side of the Atlantic, and if you’re very lucky maybe a month later you’ll have the money back. By then whatever birthday, holiday, or special date gift you were buying from these hoodlums will have come and gone. I endured this not once but TWICE, so trust me when I say: DONT waste your money or time. Online shopping has become a literal Russian roulette game as of late, but this app and its online retail links are perhaps the very worst of them all.

No sé si tengan algun protocolo para sabes si son originales. Esto porque en los pares “converse CDG” hay mucha diferencia de precios (118, 130, 156, 162…). Me causa inseguridad en su legitimidad del par y si valen la pena por la diferencia en precios

I ordered a coach mini purse and a size 10 black slippers but I’m not seeing the email that it’s getting prepared or shipped. I check in the order history too and it’s not there

This app have different measurements units for each product which leads to mistakes when order, also the sizes are limited and hard to search

Great but wish there were better item descriptions
I love Lyst - they have a much bigger selection than SSENSE and FarFetch. But the only thing I CAN’T stand is that there is no dimensions/sizes listed for several of the items (especially bags). Please update product descriptions!!!

Bad businesses and customer service
App said item would be delivered own certain date I was going on vacation it don’t come when suppose to and then the delivered it while I was on vacation in which they left the package in front of my door and someone took it I called the number on return it shows a USA number but when u dial it a overseas number charges me roaming charges twice $42 $ 27 then told me they would not send me the item again so o paid the charges and didn’t get the item worse customer service every talk to supervisor no help and tried to deflect everything disappointed to say the least tuning my outfit plans terrible

Would have given 5* but would love to see a “sort by biggest saving” feature added. This would help spot those bargains easier!
Brand errors, fraud if intentional
The choice of brands is good, but for some brands they offer items that have nothing to do with the brand. E. g. under Saucony brand they sell Saucony’s vintage trainers, but also clothing items that have nothing to do with Saucony. Always check carefully.
Everything is perfect but..
Sometimes whenever i like to buy i product after I proceed to purchase it I realize that some of the brands doesn't ship to Saudi Arabia

Sadly it doesn’t work anymore on iPad Pro 12.9”, all the pictures appear one of the top of the other that is unusable. I have the last version of the app and of the operative system.

Almost perfect...
I'll start by saying I love lyst. I use it all the time have bought many things through it and told many people about it. I have 3 issues with it though. 1) there's a bug at the moment where ordering search results by price doesn't work. 2) you can "follow" brands, which is great, but you should be able to filter your search results by brands you follow. If I'm looking for a 'white tshirt' or something, I have to sift through 1000s and 1000s of items from brands I'm not interested in. It'd be much quicker and I'd be more likely to buy something if you could tick a "filter by brands I follow" box and get staright to what I like. 3) there used to be a feature where you could filter items by % off when they were on sale...like "show sale items at 30/50/70% off"...that was a great feature to find some really great deals.
Different clothes on the pictures of ONE item
For some reason u will see for example a jacket then click on it an swipe through the pictures of it and there will be a completely DIFFERENT jacket through the pics and it’s quite confusing and seems like a scam for that reason.
