I originally downloaded the app to notify me of new releases as it has a countdown timer only to find it's never correct for example it will say the trainers are out at 8:00am but they were actually out at midnight meaning when the you get the notification the item is always sold out

I ordered the Jordan 4 black Cat on the 28th November through the apps marketplace we are now on the 3rd December and the shoe is apparently still in progress I have no way of contacting anyone through the app as my phone number is connected however because I can’t connect my email there’s no way to contact customer services I paid 260 pounds for a shoe to not even be able to get help regarding whats happening with the purchase.

The app is user unfriendly. No Jordan can be found in Brands search bar. Make it easy to use,don’t hide things under different layers. Give it to old people to test it first before releasing it.

Missing User customization
Very nice app but there should be a customization for the currency and shoe size (€, EU, US sizes). An nice feature would also may be the functionality to swipe a shoe to left or right to show that i don’t, or that i like a shoe.
Not Compatible
It’s a great app for sneakers but the only down side is that it doesn’t deliver to the US.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Flood you with offers and latest new lines and then when you try and complete a purchase they kick you out the queue and you lose the item. Terrible to deal with and don’t even answer questions when you try and contact them. AVOID!!!

This is probably one of the best apps I’ve ran into recently dude to my new found hobby. The links and release info is definitely a game changer for me when it comes to copping my favorite shoes. Better than twitter 🤪

This app is so amazing I love it so much but the only thing I have a problem with is that the app closes and exits out of the app on 3 minutes. I want enjoy the app and look at shoes!

Had a pair of trainers on alert for months never got a notification when they came on sale, thought that was the whole point of this!!!
Simplicity
The app is fairly simple to navigate and the layout is done well. I like the fact that there is a personalisation feature to tailor the news and shoes towards my liking. Only comment would be to add a setting to change the colour scheme of the app (dark mode) so that it’s easier on the eyes but other than that.... solid app

This app is great!... if you don’t live in the United States! I’m not sure why this app is in the US App Store since it doesn’t work for the US market. I really want to use this app as it truly is amazing and does everything well that other apps fail miserably at! Please add support for the United States Dev team!

App doesn’t work
Never seems to work when selecting trainers. Doesn’t allow me to log in using my Facebook, Apple or google account. Deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same issue. Very poor and not a good app

It is an very handy app, but since you have to log in everytime you open the app makes it worthless. I have missed 3 releases so far wich made me mad af. Please fix this bug.

Advertising trainers and hat can’t be bought
I’ve never been on a so called sneaker selling platform that offers you everything but in reality you can’t purchase anything! This is ridiculous in today’s market where anything is available online.

No currency conversions
Absolutely no pound to USD conversions. Considering they advertise to Americans and sell the app to Americans currency conversion should be a given. Notifications are a bit spam but I guess the app is okay if it had the sensical features an app should have.
