Saucony
Great price using the app 😊👍
Delivery Options
Not point in putting a store as a delivery option only for it not to be an option
Anniversary City series 2025 t shirt
I am a medium in size this T shirt I found came very big for a medium the quality and everything else about the t shirt is great . I have the adidas gazelle t shirt that’s great in size as a medium. Had to return this and try a small.
10% not working
Generous offer but at the end the promised discount did not populate to final bill … so did not need to download the ap but just order via web browser as usual
Website
App definitely needs updating as it looks like an old 2002 website.
Air max
The best there is am sure always getting restocked amazing stuff hope it carry’s on
Very clunky - forced to use to get discount
Very clunky. Only way to register for “Access” and get £20 off my item. Fine. But super hard to do, kept getting an error code until it eventually worked. Then kept failing to pay via Apple Pay - error “discrepancy with apply pay” - then taking me back to payment screen showing all my discounts removed, so it was expecting full price when Apple Pay was trying to pay for the full amount.. in the end manually entered the card details and it worked, but was a pain. If you’re going to force people to download some annoying app then at least make it work! Will make sure I delete it now I’m done using it, no data tracking for you
Keeps crashing
Love this app, I have been using it for many years! However, whenever I view my past orders the app just keeps crashing! Please, do something about this.. even if I refresh the app it still crashes no matter what!
Great Clothes But Difficult Shop
I love your store Please please change the layout of the clothing so the pictures are bigger They’re so small it’s hard to see the clothes. I like to scroll quick and like stuff to view later and decide then, rather than having to click on something to see it in full view and not like it consistently. Thanks

Delivered precisely and promised good service.
It's a scam don't order
I ordered some shoes and it didn't even let me view my orders, had to ring customer service and they didn't believe me cause it said I placed the order 2 days ago under a different name. Also the app doesn't send you emails like ordering from the website did so I had no actual proof of my order. You're better off doing it from the website or in-store.
New balance
Thanks Great Choice
It’s ok
It’s ok generally, easy to use and whatever and it’s legit. Just be reminded that if you wanna return stuff like shoes, try them before going out and make sure they’re clean, or else you wont be eligible for returns. Don’t cut the tags, keep receipt and the paper for issuing returns (will be in the shoe box). If enquiries the best way to contact them is through Twitter and just message / dm them.
Great Experience
Great selection, fast delivery and excellent service. Highly recommend!
Disappointing
Download the App for a discount which didn’t apply, used Apple Pay to get discount and that didn’t work either.

JB
Paid £4.99 delivery, for Size? to send the wrong shoes and then they charge me another £2 to return their mistake - terrible service
Best online store for adidas
I don’t buy trainers from anywhere else, size are the best by far.
Pp no good
Payment provider issues guys
Quality
Fantastic shop, super quick ordering, super quick delivery and great prices Can’t beat them 100% recommended
Worst app when it comes to payment
If you don’t want us to use PayPal then don’t give us the option instead of making our lives unbearable. From a fun loving shopping experience, you made me feel like, do I actually really want the product because the pain isn’t worth it
