About the delivery
Before Cernucci was good but now every time I try to order something there is always something with the delivery every time they said delivery attempt but they never do that they never attempt it It makes me mad cuz we got plan and that keeps happening and everytime it’s always a refund but it’s not what we want we want the delivery not a refund

I think it should be possible to put the changes we want in the pendants (the choice of names) through the App, when I buy something I hope it arrives as soon as possible, and wait until I get a call to explain exactly how I want is much more boring than writing while I make the purchase. But the rest is ok

Kann ich absolut nicht weiterempfehlen, überall sind versteckte Kosten! Der Versand von 6€ ist schon hoch, dann kommen 5€ „Versandschutz“ dazu (was auch immer das sein soll) und falls man etwas zurückschicken möchte, wird einem nochmal 12€ (10£) für das Retourenetikett und die Bearbeitung berechnet. Wirklich Schwachsinn und dann ist der Schmuck auch noch aus Messink, sodass man den nach 2 mal tragen wegschmeißen kann.

Cernucci is a great brand for stylish and comfortable clothing, especially for someone who where’s larger sized clothing great fit and quality, only issue I’d say there should be more XL sizing.

The merchandise is great, but the website needs improvement in terms of user-friendliness. It should offer better filter options, especially when it comes to distinguishing between gold and white gold, which the current filters don't allow.

Shipping
I paid for expedited shipping and got the email. The following day which was a business day my package was shipped but hasn’t moved since. With the expedited shipping they are like oh well. No that’s terrible customer service. Plus I had to reorder a necklace I had just over a year because it broke. Will never use again. Terrible. Even screenshot to show that fedex was awaiting the package with the tracking they sent and again it hasn’t moved in days. So won’t get it for when I ordered and waisted that money in shipping.

I never got my product and was ignored by customer support
I’ve tried contacting this company on multiple different occasions about my product only to hear absolutely nothing. At this point in time, I’m going to be looking into legal options if I don’t receive an update or reimbursement on my product by this upcoming Friday of posting this message.
Easy to use
Previously only made website purchases before finding out the company had an app. The app is made easy and convenient for anyone. The only downfall that I have noticed is that I am unable to refine my searches and can only use the sort tab, otherwise it’s easier to make a purchase on the app than online.

Good quality jewelry but poor support experience.
I’ve been shopping with cernucci before their app was a thing and I’ve always liked their jewelry in comparison in price and quality to other apps and sites. Though recently I ordered two brackets and a ring and it turned out two of my items weren’t sized right so I ship them back and the support team isn’t working with me at all and I’ve heard no word on wether I’ll be getting my jewelry back or not. At first they were responding but now I’ve asked what I need to do in order to make sure I just get what I payed for and right now I’m just left in the dark.

I hate to say that I never received my product and I don’t have anyone to contact regarding my products. I have been waiting for 25 days for an order that was supposed to arrive in 5 days. Either this was a scam or something. If I could attach a picture here of my order I would. Cernucci please get back to me and ensure I get my ordered products.

I have been looking for something special for my son as I have stage four cervical cancer diagnosed August u wanted something special for her,but smart move on your end as yous have updated your website last night 03/09/2022 as I had a ring an bracelet an I had the necklace which funny enough was took from my basket I have actually a screenshot which I’m thankful I took just so I could decide which one to get,plus because of your buy one now which was helping me out massively only to go to my basket to see a few things took from it which I’ve got a screenshot I had read all the reviews about yourself my friend is with me here who spends nothing but 100s on jewellery for her kids who run about in bracelets worth £500 an that’s on a 3year old she wanted something for her sons for Xmas an I was excited telling ones about yous,anyway as I said I had items removed from my basket an funny now the 2 items are a chain an the other chain which yous have up the price on that one,but the one my son wanted is now being sold as a pair for £300 I’m absolutely disappointed at what yous have done knowing it’s buy 1 get 1 free yous we’re like no chance that means this lady is getting a necklace an bracelet for £100 I actually can’t believe yous have done this it’s wrong an I will be going to clearpay I will be giving an awful review with the evidence I had the chain and bracelet in my basket I went to purchase it today an sewn it wasn’t in my basket but I could buy the set for £300 then I was getting a ring an another bracelet for myself,I was so confident in yourselves that I had friends now wanting to purchase I actually cannot believe yous have done this this was genuinely something special to leave my son but yous saw I was getting 2 items for £100 yet it was YOUS WHO HAD THE BOGOF I honestly have never saw something as sneaky an snaky in my lift I had so much respect for yous,I will be taking this all the way to whoever I have to plus leaving the screenshots to prove this I cannot get over what use done..
