Extremely poor service decision yesterday even when I called head office. Despite living next to Morrisons and having spent thousands over the years this will be my last shop just to use lasted voucher!

More space please
I enjoy the product range but frustrated with the space between the isles. It is particularly bad when staff are restocking shelves. Perhaps the solution is to remove one isle. Overall, a good customer experience.

You make the card so difficult use why don’t my offers and money money off just go on the card why don’t my I get paper ones as well which I forget and then there not knocked off.

I believe it's first time I'm almost negatively reviewed something as I live next to a Morisson's daily shop and the fact that I can't redeem fivers or do points via most of the offers it's annoying.

I have had my groceries delivered for a few years now due to mobility issues,and every single Driver has been courteous polite and helpful, very impressed thank you

Three times now I’ve tried to use my fiver’s and couldn’t so as soon as I’m able to claim my fiver’s back to spend I will more than likely go shopping elsewhere .

There was only one till open tonight at 4.30pm (Friday). This is very poor.

As always, happy with the quality of the food. Beef joint in rich red wine gravy is excellent. Pleasant staff too.
No rewards
I’ve stopped receiving monthly point collection bonuses or any other discounts. This has gone on for 2.5 months now when previously I’d never gone 1 month of nothing to use or work towards. Very disappointed.

No offers
There hasn’t been any offers for 6months on my app. My friend has postal and app offers. Mine is completely blank. I’ve obviously deleted the app and reloaded again a few times now.
It’s ok but…….
I spend between £10 n £20 every day but feeling I don’t get any of what I buy I never get deals in the stuff I buy it’s taken an age and I got 2500 only cos first on im spending £120 average I should see what esco or Asda orBnM all in half mile from home cheers but I gotta get some deals in other supermarkets

Tried to log in and it doesn’t recognise my password the it froze then after five minutes asked if I was human,then ask if I wanted to set up face recognition and it didn’t recognise my face.

A complete con nowadays
I spend a lot of money with Morrisons. £700 in July . They removed offers and and boosters from my more card for absolutely no reason in June and I can’t accumulate any more points. Complaining doesn’t help. They just don’t care. It’s just very odd. I’d understand if I’d done something wrong but this was something they imposed on my more card with no explanation.
