Review
Very easy to use app, aesthetically pleasing and I love the way they style and photograph each clothing piece!
scammers
I ordered a top which arrived dirty and clearly worn. I tried to return it but it has been nearly a week and nobody has responded to my emails and return request.
White fox Klarna payment
Love the brand and the quality of the clothes, just wish there was an option to Klarna to Ireland
Fake next day delivery
I ordered next day delivery as they have a uk warehouse now but its been days and the order has only still been confirmed. Do not pay extra for their “next day delivery” it’s useless. Needed the dress for an emergency and now their support just says it takes time to dispatch. So unhelpful
Payment options
Don’t like how I am not able to change my preferred payment option! Especially when in a sale queue. Also dislike how the money off isn’t automatically applied!
I LOVE IT BUT…it’s so pricey
Don’t get me wrong it’s my FAVORITE clothing brand but why so expensive lol ❤️
My hoodie hasn’t arrived!
I bought a white fox hoodie on Monday late at night for Black Friday , I chose the fastest shipping , the next day for 6 quid!! I presumed that it would arrive the next day as I am out of the country in 2 days and nearly a week later it isn’t here!! I’m so disappointed especially because it’s an expensive brand. Even shein have better shipping services!! However I do know it says it can take up to 4 business days to get dispatched which is really ridiculous as 6 quid for shipping should at least get it arrived by a few days but no , not even a week later and it hasn’t even been dispatched . even though the hoodies are really nice , they are expensive WHICH MEANS IT SHOULD AT LEAST ARRIVE ON TIME!! never ever repurchasing again! First time and last.
Easy to use
Easy to use, always have sales on or influencer promos so good. Only issue is the points stuff I can’t get it to work. Used £25 worth of them but won’t let me apply it to an order so think they’ve gone to waste ?
App malfunctions
Very frustrating app. Non responsive or error codes. Clothing excellent
Five star
Great clothing website, really easy to make an order. Amazing quality clothing and have amazing sales
Issue
App doesn’t work, when I go on it to open the app it just is frozen
Very good clothing but glitchy app
Love the clothes but the app wasn’t letting me add stuff to my cart
Amazing clothing
I love whitefox the quality of the clothing is amazing and always arrived very quick
Codes are a con
They con you in thinking you can get 20-30% off by signing up via email or by app. Then when you get to the checkout they tell you that the code is not valid for the items in your basket. This has really upset my daughter and they do it on purpose to lull you into adding items in your basket and then only tell you on the last page that the code doesn’t work
It’s been great
Deliver is perfect comes straight away
Useless codes
Impossible to use the 15% discount code! Not happy at all!
Impressed
When i saw some bad reviews i had low hopes but i still gave it a chance and bought a hoodie with my birthday money i thought seeing the reviews maybe it will take long but it did not i did the 4 pound normal shipping and i used the sale30 code to get my hoodie 30 precent off and i was so impressed! It came on time and the hoodie is oversized comfy good quality and soft i love it i recommend it! And the bag that they ship it in is so cute!
30days
Ordered 30th November it’s now a day before Christmas Eve and still no delivery. App sends you to shop another app that you can track your order and still says preparing shipment. This was mentioned to be a Christmas present for my daughter and now she won’t get it for Christmas Day 22 days waiting. I’ve emailed the white fox company from the app 3 times now and not one single response back. No refund button either. Stay well away from this site.
SO GOOD 🍒✨
I love white fox i own 2 of there hoodies and 1 t-shirt and they have such nice designs for the clothes and the fabric is SUCH good quality its so soft and warm but i have to say the t-shirts are a bit over priced but apart from that its so good and I recommend white fox 🎀🤍✨🍒😊
20% off first purchase
signed up to white fox for the 20% off now it won’t let me use it
Super cute!!
All their items are super comfy and adorable and make you feel really special when you wear them!!
Taken money 3 times!!
Ordered in Black Friday sale and it kept saying my details were incorrect but they were not and took my money 3 times!!
Love it
I loveee their clothes. The materials worth the money as the hoody are fleeced inside and warm. They’re baggy style but love it. Ive bought quite few different ones and have been recommending it to everyone.
Great products, bad services.
Great that they now have a UK site however I ordered 2 hoodies last year which had to come from Australia as they didn’t have UK app then, but I have now lost my precious orders and any rewards gained from that. The new app has started the account from scratch when it should have just been changed over. Also to return an item you get the option of store credit for the amount you paid or you can get a refund but much much less! £40 store credit or £34 refund, absolutely absurd…

Not able to log on
I’ve tried so many time to log onto my account from the australian app and it won’t let me. Even if i reset the password, it won’t work. What am i supposed to do?
