Offline Mode Request
I have been a looong time user of Lastpass and I am just now realizing that I cant add passwords when the internet is out. I live in rural WV and from time to time we have internet outages. There should be some offline password management available to me. Don't continue the trend of consumers depending on the Internet!
Poor website matching
Half the time I have to search last pass to bring up the password for the login to the website displayed
Easy to use and great value
My entire family uses this app and it makes password management and sharing so much easier for everyone. It’s pretty inexpensive for what you get.
Horrible Support
Run from this app. My old email tied to this app was canceled. I can’t get into my account to change from my old email, even though I have facial recognition set up, because it requires that they send a confirmation code to my now nonexistent email. I tried to find a contact number to see how to deal with changing my email since I can no longer access my old email. You can’t get to their support group without first getting into your account, which I can’t do without obtaining a verification code they are sending to my nonexistent email. I have tried sending an email to their sales department, which apparently is the only way to contact them. You can’t get a phone number to call. I have sent two separate emails to their sales group with no response. I have seen other comment on line trying to find how to deal with this name issue with no response from LastPass.
Life saver
It’s amazing how many times this app has made my life so much easier. Especially when I’m stressed and I can’t remember all those crazy passwords. I recommend it highly!
Cannot add items
I don’t know what’s up with LastPass recently, but I have not been able to “Add Item”s through the app. Literally nothing happens. It makes the app unusable for storing new passwords. I’m fully updated and everything.
Sketchy
When using LPass on my iPhone I find that it will not always log me in using face recognition, so resort to using the password which is not always convenient.

Couldn’t survive without it!
Pretty bad
Have used for years. I’ve now regularly been logged out, no face ID stored, forced to check email to get access, and the emails don’t send in a speedy fashion. Their competitors like Proton Pass are significantly better and easier to use. Very unfortunate. Even now, I can’t access my passwords and it says check my email but none are showing up.

Face ID is great. Can be a little confusing at first.
An absolute pain in the bum to use
Struggles on with this for years and finally had enough. I’m sure it’s secure but it just doesn’t work!
Will randomly asked you for the master password at the most inconvenient time
Out of nowhere, it’ll start asking for the master password. I just spent an hour fighting with it trying to get it logged in so I can get work done. I am in my car and don’t have access to my password Book. Very frustrating.
Secure, passwords are a must
Most password managers on phones are storing your passwords in clear text. Last past allows your passwords to follow you and keep secure. I’ve used it for years and have no complaints.
Frustrating and not reliable
The app has been getting worst and lately will not work with edge browser. It causes a lot of frustration even if you’re on a premium paid version. It’s not worth the frustration and time wasting to make it work.
Best feature is locked to Premium, but worth it.
Overall the software is solid, very functional, and easy to use. The absolute best reason to use this is for device and software-independent secure password management. But if you want to sign up for online banking on your Windows laptop, AND have Lastpass auto-fill your password on their iOS mobile app, you’ll need the Premium plan. They give you the Premium features for free your first month, so think of that more like a trial period if you’re after cross-platform management.

Having a password vault is a must. LastPass was one of the first and it’s still doing a great job for me after many years. I also appreciate that they are adding new features, like securely holding my credit card information and making it easy to use online.
Locked out forever
Do not use! Incredibly easy to be locked out of your account forever and no one in customer service can help you. I lost access to over 50 passwords and they allow me zero means to reset my password, access biometrically, etc. Nothing. Zero. They told me to reset my account and lose everything. Insane as it is perplexing. Use at your own risk.
Works well
Works well for me and other family members to secure lots of information and be able to retrieve it. I love that it will generate a long and complex password for me and I never need to worry about what that is as long as I never forget my master password.
Great Concept But…!
I took up using LastPass on the recommendation of a business colleague, he really rates the product. However in my humble opinion it is still too hot and miss, sometime it works fine whilst at other times it either won’t launch or can’t find the info required. Also and more of a frustration is that when using the App on various items, some sites and passwords are missing, which means the site can’t be synchronising as it claims to do. I’ll going to give it a few more months and if still not satisfied I’ll look elsewhere.

Works great until you have a problem - no support!!!
I have used this pw manager for a few years now and it has worked great until I got a new phone. In the chaos I lost my master password so I have been locked out. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - just a BOT. Fortunately, on my own, I was able to get in using my old phone that thank goodness I had not erased and sent back to apple yet. If I had everything would be gone. I am switching immediately.
It’s good but…..
Please go back to facial recognition instead of having to type in the password. It’s so annoying having to type it out every time.
Lots of troubleshooting
I’m tired of troubleshooting, just want something seamless. It’s hard to log in sometimes, the Authenticator app that pairs with it doesn’t work half the time, but I don’t have time to switch.

Pretty glitchy and IPhone iOS hates working with it. Lots of interference and no way of reporting bugs for users.
Just keeps getting better
Every week LastPass seems to require fewer and fewer actions on my behalf to autofill both websites and app logins. I love it more than ever.

WARNING!! SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED, STILL BEING CHARGED !!!
I CANCELLED my subscription for this a COUPLE of YEARS ago and I am STILL being CHARGED for this. PLEASE, DO NOT CHARGE ME ANYMORE!!! I feel that I should be reimbursed for these charges! It’s not a good thing when you can’t even keep your subscriptions straight. I am very disappointed!

Great PW manager
Been using it for many years, when it was free. It’s been getting better over the years and overall I recommend it, especially the families version.
Web site issues are common
I often get messages like this”there was a problem contacting the server. Please try again later.” At that point I can’t view my passwords. It offers to save a new password but sometimes just saves blank. At that point I have registered on the site with a complex password so can’t get back in. Also, it has a checkbox to trust the browser for 30 days , but doesn’t trust it a few days later. Is this the best they can do?

They make it difficult for you to recover your password.
If you try to get help with resetting your password they won’t help you because you can’t login. There are better options. Don’t waste your time.
Lock screen needs an update
On the LastPass lock screen, they should add the “eye” icon so that, when entering your master password, you can check for typos. (The log in screen has this feature, but not the lock screen.)
Poor Support
How hard should it be? Been trying to remove an item from favourites list. All support tells me to select icons that don’t exist and there is no other support forthcoming.
TOO “secure”
I’m on my iPad that has been verified many times with LastPass. I need to enter the password for my email account, so I log into LastPass with my master password and I’m BLOCKED. Guess where I need to go to get a code…yup, my email address. Thankfully I also have my phone, right? Wrong! I get into my email on my phone and eventually get an email from last pass. I verify that it WAS ME and….nope, still won’t let me in on my iPad. Ok, I’ll find customer support. HA! Gotta log in for that too! I’ve been going around and around this circle for an hour. Giving up and I’m going to go research other password managers.
For Over a Decade
I’ve been using LastPass for more than 10 years. When I had to think about what to say as a review it felt like there wasn’t anything to say but I guess that’s the result of a very good product. It does what it says it’s gonna do, and it does it every time. It’s integrated into my phone, MacBook, and iPad. Makes my life so much easier. 20 out of 10 recommend.

I have had my last pass what seems like forever at least 5 10 15 years If I have a problem, logging in it’s a huge problem… getting back in is horrific and I’m sick and tired of trying to deal with it
