The app icon no longer follows the settings of the Home Screen customisation. So all my other apps are in dark mode but this one is a bright flash bang on my Home Screen. Any particular reason why Microsoft?
Very convenient and good UI
Bug: Sometimes the app freezes and becomes unresponsive in the home screen as soon as i open the app. Tried reinstalling. Issue still persists.

Use to be good
Hasn’t worked well in years. It’s slow as molasses, lacks the necessary functionality, and the interface is stuck in the past. Please put some time and effort into fixing it for us admins. When it use to work, it was such a convenient life saver. How could any one at MS not see the value in updating this app.
Useable
It has some useability shortcomings but you can do a lot with this app while you’re on the go.
Constantly freezing.
Constantly locking up on launch, and switching accounts is difficult when you only have the first two letters of the account name visible and you have duplicates.

App keeps quitting unexpectedly
We have multiple tenants, the app takes a long time responding to each tap / action and keeps exiting unexpectedly. It defeats the purpose of having a phone app and the mobile site is not easy to use either. I have to remotely connect to a computer and work in a desktop browser for admin console tasks when only have access to my phone. Please fix it and make improvement if you are serious about making this app. Thank you!

admin this would be a very useful tool. I don’t know if it’s only on iOS, but I cannot access the app. Rarely loads and when it does, you cannot access the menus.

I don’t know what happened, but the app only works once when you first install it… and then will not let you select anything upon launching it a second time. Completely useless.
Good Portal App
Very good, consistent, and very useful with MFA etc. Not 5 star as I still cannot order list, such as user alias’ Update 15th Nov: Same story, no progression in 12 months Update 16-May-23: STILL no progression on a simple request to alphabetically sort a list!! 09-Sep-24: Still no progression towards the 5th star; such a simple and useful ask getting ignored for over a year

Consistently mediocre
This app used to happily display out-of-date M365 Health information with no indication that it was updating in the background. Now it just freezes completely at launch until the info finishes loading, and then starts responding. So… progress?
