Does What It Says It Does
It does well for what it says it does.
Should be renamed Google Users
This app is very limited. It only lets you administrate users. Calling it Google Admin is misleading.
Fixed for iOS 18!
*Update Fixed for iOS 18. Yay Does not work on iOS 18. Just crashes over and over. I rely on this app for work and I can’t use it and it’s annoying to make people have to wait for a password reset. Come on Google that’s why Apple has dev betas. So you guys can get these apps to work at launch.
Pretty useless if you want to manage billing on the fly
Hopefully in a future update they could integrated billing management in-app
They actually fixed it at last
Now works with iOS 18
Great way to manage a nonprofit
I’m glad Admin exists so I can manage my Nonprofit directory from mobile. It saves me pulling my laptop out everytime there is an issue
Utterly useless
Save yourself the headache. Just go the the website. Or better yet, ditch Google altogether.
Fixed
The app was broken in iOS 18 for weeks. It’s fixed now, adjusted my rating to 4 stars. It’s a helpful app.
Inutilizable
Desde hace mas de un mes que la app es inutilizable, la abres y se cierra inmediatamente. Cero mantenimiento, cero actualizaciones. 👎
App crashes on iOS 18
The app has the necessary functionality that is needed on the go. However, I think it needs to be updated for iOS 18. Hope the development team resolved this soon.
It works again!!
Thank to this evenings update, the app is back and better than ever! Woohoo.
Completely broken
I cannot even do the most basic of things in this application. It is obvious that Google has dropped this like most things they put out.
It’s working again on 18.1
Used this app for years and then suddenly crashed in 18. Now with update to 18.1, they’ve fixed the crashing.

Crash on IOS 18
Unfortunately it crash constantly
Not bad but iOS 18 causes crash

No
This all truly does nothing.
Great tool for everyday use
After updating the iOS to 18 the app no longer works
Disappointed
Much like other reviews, this only works if your account has superadmin access. I’d move the rating right up, if it allowed various degrees of permissions to actually operate to their level of access. Without that, I’m left using the website exclusively as this app is useless to me
Problemas no IPhone. Aplicativo para de responder
Não funciona corretamente nos iPhones mais novos e atualizados.
Ios 18
This App is not working ios 18
Interface Sucks
The interface is extremely poorly designed very amateur and difficult to navigate. Even for such a minimal tool, the UI is cluttered, unintuitive, and frustrating to use. For an admin product, usability should be a priority, and unfortunately this completely misses the mark.
Release the update for iOS 18
Waiting for the iOS 18 update. App is crashing on iOS 18
Very limited
Would be infinitely more useful if you could remove users from groups
Apple Watch
O app é excelente, uso diariamente e recomendo. Só falta integrar com o Apple Watch, abri o app no relógio e sua integração. Fica a dica
Not working on iphone
Not working on iphone iOS 18.1 or later
Extremely limited
This app lets you do almost nothing. It’s a bare skeleton. You have to use the computer to make any real changes to Workspace features. Why did they make this app, is this an intern project?
Not bad
OK, sign in seemed to throw some random 400 errors but not bad ocne you are in.
Sorry resellers
No support for Google resellers.
Handy but
I am a reseller and I can't manage any domains in my reseller account. That's frustrating. Otherwise functional ap.
Funciona
Todo ok
Abandoned by Google
This app has been abandoned by the developer. The admin website is not friendly on mobile devices, and this app does little other than reset user account passwords. It should just be unlisted at this point.
Does its job
I would like it if when choosing a profile photo for a user if we could choose the photo from our albums and maybe google drive as well.
Lacks device Management
I use google admin to manage chrome devices. This apps lacks this core functionality. Hopefully google will add this feature in future releases.
Only manage emails
I was hoping this app would offer me the ability to manage staff email account but ALSO my own emails and Google Docs etc. It has limited features but is ok if you need to reset a staff members email password or see when they last logged in. That’s about it.
Great product
Very handy to use!
What is the point.
This app only lets you add and subtract users, change passwords, and manage group subscribers. Um, really?
Functional
Good app. How about fingerprint login? More user statistics?
Basic
Needs more functionality. Crashes on audit log
Some good stuff
Great for fast on-the-go changes. Wish I could edit group members - not just add.
