Great Password App on iPadOS
I've used this for many years - pay for pro version - and it works smoothly everywhere (iPad, Windows, Android). When I have an issue, Roboform is easy to contact and responds quickly. Worth every penny.

RoboForm has suddenly become much more difficult to use it no longer offers to save new logins that I enter

Great password manager. For some reason the app doesn’t allow you to add a new password after removing one from a account

App turned on everything a go. And it doesn’t record or even ask if you need it updated or changed. Very frustrating
Awful on mobile
It’s pretty good on desktop but on mobile it’s nothing but putting in your Roboform password 5x and still not being able to get the needed password.

Holds My LIFE Together!
i’ve been using Robo Form for…more than 20 years now. It’s become absolutely essential to functioning on a daily basis, if I have anything to do with computers or technology or my smart phone or logging into anything anywhere. Which is pretty much every day in the modern world. The only reason I don’t give Roboform 5 stars overall is because they were slow to adapt to the world of APPs and iPhones. So they get 5 stars on any browser activity (Chrome or Edge) but only about 3-4 stars when it comes to my iPhone. They’ve come around in the last few years, kind of, but I think they could’ve been faster adapting.
“Not as good as I’d hoped”
Does not automatically send me to selected website. I frequently have to look up the password myself. Also inconsistent with saving updated passwords. Sometimes asks if I want to save it and sometimes does not. Also, not easy to manually update passwords myself when I want to edit or change it. All in all, disappointing.
Adding to existing
Unable to save to an existing if the system can’t automatically find it. There is no way to search for the card to update with say an added authentication app

Nice password manager except
I’ve been using RoboForm for at least twenty years and it’s been good to me. The only beef I have is the app doesn’t remember search settings from a previous use. For example, when searching Safenotes, I have so many I like to search alphabetically. When I select that option it doesn’t remember it for the next app usage. Drives me crazy to have to select the option every time.
What happened?
It was working reasonably well, but definitely not great. I did try to update or renew my subscription about 6 weeks to fix some of its annoying quirks, but it would not let me. I was hoping that Roboform premium would help fix some of these quirks. it would not let me. Now, as soon as I try to login, it goes into an endless cycle of Roboform advertisements. Now, it is a complete hinderance rather than a help. I am considering moving on from RoboForm.

Need to really figure out how to work it but once you do it works well.

Too many glitches and false pws.
Customer service is nonexistent.

Much better ways than keeping your passwords on a on a list somewhere I can find make a great strong password for this one program and remember

I love RoboForm. It makes my life much easier and I don’t have to remember my period passwords. The only thing I would love help with is form filling. I don’t think RoboForm is very good in our regards so I could stand some improvement. All in all I like it very much.
9.9.1 problem
With the 9.9.1 update the app opens to a blank screen and nothing else.
IOS implementation poor
Face ID simply is not reliable enough to depend upon. Recent app uodayes seem to have made everything worse!!

Autofill issues on iPhone 15 Pro
The app has issues autofilling passwords on my iPhone 15 pro lately.. have used this app for years and this is the first time it’s began to let me down.

I used to love RoboForm until last release!
I have been using RoboForm for so many years without much trouble. This is the paid family version I am talking about. Their latest update(9.5.7/9.5.8) has brought total misery to me. They have introduced bugs where the very BASIC features like online sync has now been broken for many days (stuck at 20%)! I have so many devices and it has become pretty useless. There were some other serious bugs as well that they introduced, but has since been resolved. I now seriously question the quality of their developers and their testing team and questioning if I can trust them with all my passwords and very sensitive data! They broke the basic functionally of a paid product and still hasn’t fixed. This means that I may switch to something else soon!

I’ve been using Roboform for about twenty years and it has securely managed my passwords on my phones and computers. Than you Roboform
Impossible to remove when installed.
This is so difficult to remove, I have it on my phone and laptop, they have instructions but when you follow them the button is missing, I hope this company is reading this review and gets in touch to explain how to completely delete it from my devices, I have had a standard response from them with please follow the instructions, but delete my account button is still missing. Very very disappointing
It’s good but has some flaws
So far so good, however there is one key issue which is that FaceID doesn’t work when trying to unlock master password and access my passwords. I have to manually type my master password all the time.
Latest update removed pin
Keeps asking for master password, no matter how I tinker with settings, I can’t get my pin back pin
Good but seems buggy.
I have at least one website login stores that won’t show the website icon. It’s fine on my iPad, MacBook and the web, but on my iPhone it’s just a generic green icon. I’ve deleted and added it back, nothing fixes this. Not the end of the world, but I’m already spending too much time trying to figure it out. This is the latest version, and iOS 16.3.

I have been using RoboForm since 1999 when it first came out and I am 1000% convinced that is the best program for protecting your passwords for your whole company
New update is terrible
I've used Roboform for several years with no problems. However, the newest update is terrible. The app keeps freezing and often fails to open a login correctly. I've uninstalled then reistalled the app and the same problems are persisting. Very annoying.
Great app but...
App crashes when trying to rearrange pinned items on Pinned page on the iPhone but not on the iPad.
Finally left this app
I’ve used roboform for over 10 years. I’ve not been happy with the company behind it for a few years now since they did a bait and switch with its customer base. Basically they advertised a lifetime user license which I bought into. Only to have them ‘rebrand’ to Roboform Everywhere. This apparently ‘voided’ the lifetime user license. Since then I’ve been waiting to jump ship. Today is that day. Roboform is good but I just don’t like the company behind it for using such tactics.

The desktop app is ok-ish. The iPhone app is pretty useless.

Newbie
I got this on a new year offer because I had been searching for something to safeguard me and my credentials. Today nearly three weeks later and on attempt number 2, I can only express disappointment. * clearly it’s a favoured app but you would need a training course to use it. I don’t have that time. * it’s far far too busy setting up and installing, 9 or 10 stages - wow. * navigating the app on iPhone where I do most of my transactions using passwords day to day, is very crammed and busy, it doesn’t fit into the screen (I’m use iPhone 16). I also have an iPad but that is used less frequently. * on just the 3 points above I shan’t be renewing. I’ll stick with what I know best in my own security.
Excellent app but needs approvements
I Have downloaded the app yesterday and I think its a brilliant app. But few things needs improvement such as we should be able to add photos along with notes in save notes. Because sometimes its not only the letters which needs to be private but also the pictures with them needs to be saved on same place. So I would request you to please add this feature on your next update.
Regression
I have been using Roboform for 20 years now. It has all my passwords, bookmarks and identities. It used to work seamlessly. Not now. On Firefox its plug in no longer has bookmarks. On Safari it does not autofill identities. On iPad it does not even fill in passwords inside its own app. It gets worse with every new release. I can’t imagine what they think they’re trying to achieve, but they’ve achieved my disdain. If I could easily migrate to an alternative I would.
Getting worse
Until recently it kept tabs open. Then you had to pick a recent web page to open it in the same browser page. Now after last update you have to close the previous browser page, open a new one and then click the recent web page to get it to open. Been using RoboForm for at least 10 years. It is always ok on PC. Firstly I found it poor on iOS, then it got better, now it is getting worse and I don’t think is is just me & my settings???
