Back and Restore Lacking
While I have used this product for a long time, its one consistent flaw is its ability to back up easily across devices. They used to list the format required for a CVS import. An export will not import. Additionally encrypted backups do not import. This is specific to cross devices with the same app using the same master password. It also affects the primary device. If they solve this one issue and made it clear how this would work rather than bury it I would change my rating.

This is my go to app for all passwords. Used to be awesome when it worked with Face ID now all of a sudden its not working with Face ID

My review
The password box is black and difficult to see the outline of where it is located. Once I’m into the app it works well. Most of my user names are my email. It would be nice to have a PIN line added. For all my credit cards. Thanks! I’ve been using your app for at least 5 years now. Use it all the time. Especially when I forget my PIN or password that I don’t want google to know.
Biometrics on my new Apple iPhone 17, not working
For a couple of weeks now, the biometrics on the app have not been working for me. I have this app both on my iPad and like I said on my iPhone 17 my previous Apple phone I could get the fingerprint technology to work up till about three weeks ago, then it stopped working and would not allow me to access my account on the app. I got a new phone last week wondering if the new phone with face recognition technology would fix the issue with being able to use the biometrics to open my account unfortunately that was not the case. Being able to use the biometrics to open this app is the main reason why this app is so wonderful. I have attempted to contact the company and eventually they have responded however, they have not come up with a fix to this problem. I will wait and still hope that there is a way to fix the app because I very much want to continue to use it.

This has saved my butt 1000 times. It’s so user freely and easy to keep up with. It does frustrate me when I go off the app for a second you have to sign back it but this is extra security so I deal with it
Facial recognition login
I have had facial recognition with this app for years. Recently you deactivated this unless I pay extra for it. That sucks.
Need help transferring
I am transferring from Android to IOS system, just purchased the Pro version in order to do this. I logged into the new phone, IOS system with the Password Pro account… what now?? I don’t see how to get my passwords loaded. Please some advice.
iPhone face recognition
Why did you remove the face recognition as a login option? Now I have to type in the password.

I’ve been using this app for years going back to the android days. This is an amazing & simple password management app. The problem being it hasn’t been updated for years on iOS but on Android it’s constantly receiving updates.

Biometrics stopped working and restore database broken
Biometrics stopped working on my iPhone.Made a full encrypted backup, reinstalled the app and I am unable to restore encrypted database. I sent three messages to developers and support in attempts to recover my large password database. Unfortunately, never received a response. fortunately Never received a response. I still hope they respond with a fix. I will update the review if they come with a fix.

Stopped working
Was great while it was working. Last night and this morning tried to login and it keeps going back to my home screen. It’s not the incorrect password either. Now I can’t access any of my passwords, so I’m basically screwed

This could easily be a five star review for only one thing. No Face ID to unlock the app and in todays world of needing so many longer and harder to memorize passwords for most apps on a phone THIS app or any other app (especially the photos app) needs Face ID function and of course the password back up as well. I mean come on even a banking app had the Face ID. That’s why I only gave it a 3 star because Face ID should have been a given.

Lost everything in my phone due to the phone carrier. Re-downloaded the app entered my password and everything is gone. I thought that was the whole idea that if lost you could log and get it. Very disappointed it has been a hassle to say the least. The old version worked on facial recognition and this one does not. I’m having to stop and log every time I need a password who wants that. so I’ll be looking for something better that won’t lose all my passwords

Face ID will no longer work to open the app
Face ID has not been working since today; I also can’t get in using my master password since it doesn’t accept the passwords I’m entering. Please help fix the Face ID!
Can’t login!
I use this regularly and was finding it very useful until I did a software upgrade on iOS and now it kicks me out when trying to log in. All my passwords are in there, I hope this is being fixed as at the moment I am screwed!
When will version 5.3 be available?
5.2 is the current version and it won’t let me log in to the app anymore. Please advise when 5.3 will be available on the App Store. Thank you.

URL Links Don’t Work
Just purchased the PRO version and the URL Links or Website Links don’t work! Other apps, you click on the URL and it automatically opens the link in your Search Engine. This app is terrible for this feature?
This app is a big let down
Will not accept pass word as soon as I entered it ,the app closed and returned to home page.. do not download be warned.

It used to work really well but suddenly it’s stopped working. I open it and put in my main password and the app just shuts down so now I can’t access any of my other passwords. Very frustrating.

Downloaded this app in jan this year and it was fab easy to use and user friendly but suddenly last week it stopped working. It allows me to enter by password and or biometrics but the just closes down. Very frustrating as I had a load of passwords stored.
