Dashlane screws customers with older iOS devices
No app updates on older devices means they just stop working with Dashlane and you are screwed. Apple Password is a much better, free service.

iOS 26 integration sucks. Great app, customer service sucks
Dashlane is not keeping up with the particulars of software that make the experience helpful. Premium subscribers get a not smart (that is being generous) chatbot on weekends and painful email cat and mouse troubleshooting during the week. Dashlane — we work too and this is just not cutting it. The app does not play well with iOS 26 and fixing it has been painful. I understand that this is all complex but the least that can be done is make sure the customer service is there to fix things when they are not working. Reallocate some of that $$ to customer service Dashlane!
Peace of mind, safety.
After a robbery including desk at home w/ too many papers, All automatic financial transactions and security to do , Dashlane saved me huge ants time, and still does. My nephew, a Google tech employee gave me the tip to use them!
Subscription hike
I have used dashlane for many years and now I have had a subscription increase of 33% for the year which is outrageous. I will now unfortunately be cancelling as once these app companies start increasing the subscriptions it never stops!

Funktioniert in Apps oft nicht
In Apps greift Dashlane sehr oft gar nicht. Ich will mich einloggen, sehe den Account unten zum auswählen, autentifiziere mich bei Dashlane, aber ausgefüllt wird nichts.
Bad ideas
I hate that the app is forcing me to leave this review before it will clear a dialogue box so I can use it for the first time. But it’s my business app so I guess I have to comply. SMH.

Love the app. Use it for everything! Very secure. I’ve used the Dashlane app for years and love the security and ease of using this app. By far the best one I’ve ever used!

Couldn’t access passwords because I was forced to write this review. Not great when you need access and are out of the country..
It's not perfect but has made life easier
The app sometimes gets confused with old and new passwords so I have to go into the history to figure things out. It's not perfect but it has made life easier and a lot more secure than it was before!

Ich möchte Dashlane auf meinem alten iPad Pro mit iPadOS version 17.7.11 benutzen. Wenn ich die App installiere, sagt sie mir, dass diese Version wird nicht mehr unterstützt. Bitte App aktualisieren. Solita storia della maggior parte delle app: alla base ottimo prodotto, funziona tutto benissimo fino a quando non cominciano con lo scam degli abbonamenti altrimenti non puoi più far niente. Ricordando i bei tempi delle licenze lifetime, vi saluto tanto è pieno di app che fanno le stesse cose.

Most helpful app ever!
So glad I read about this in a major financial magazine, to keep track of an inordinate number of accounts and passwords! Even better that it syncs between laptop, iPad and iPhone! Love that you can register credit cards for ease in purchasing online, without having to store credit card info with individual companies/sites. Highly recommended!

I like the new colorful characters
Making numbers and special characters a different color from the letters really helps for me to see the difference. Awesome! Very reliable App/system. Getting used to Face ID on my new iPhone. Reliable and easy to use.
