Impossible
Nord pass is too difficult to sign in to.
Good
Good only thing they need to make better is it’s very confusing you have a password for nord and then a master password for the vault . It’s not clear what one is required at times or explained properly and I got in a muddle
Function not working
NordPass has been a life saver and so convenient how it remembers and creates passwords on the go for each app and website. Recently, this function has stopped working, whereby I try to create and save a password on a new website or app and then for some reason it doesn’t save. This has been very annoying and my app is up to date. Can an administrator sort this issue out as it’s not cheap for this service?
Older Device Can No Longer Use
I have an older iPad I use often and NordPass won’t let me use it without updating, but when I go to update, I can’t. This means I no longer have access to my app passwords on this device at all. Rather worried about this….
Excellent product
Gets better every upgrade.
Impossible setup
I found it confusing impossible to set up. The AI helper was useless. Will try to cancel the 2 year subscription I purchased.
Add Immediately Auto-lock Option for Extension
Unlike the mobile app, which locks immediately, the browser extension forces a 5-minute minimum auto-lock timer. Leaving vault data accessible for 5 minutes is unsafe. With Touch ID available, there is no reason not to offer an "Immediately" auto-lock option. Please fix this! Other than that rate is 10:)
Not easy to use
Difficult to operate on more devices
Poor Synchronization
I have NordPass on several devices. The different versions for phone, tablet and laptop make it hard to keep all passwords synchronized when having to change a password on an app.
Great on iPhone. Cumbersome on Microsoft Computer
Love facial recognition on iPhone. Don’t like having to sign in on home computer.
Don’t believe fake reviews!
I’ve tried about every password app on the App Store. This one has to fall in the worst two of them all! I don’t know which other one is worse but hey, I’ll be willing to admit there may be another one that is worse out there, just not sure which it would be. The interface is absolutely the most unintuitive that it possibly could be. The design must be to confuse the user! Customer service is a concept totally foreign to these people.
It asked for passwords constantly
I do like the application, however, like other people have stated in their reviews the constant asking for passwords is too much. I set up a hardware key, thinking that it was going to speed up the process. Well, it doesn’t. When it asked for the master password, it wants the password and it doesn’t care about the hardware. The hard work key would be so much faster. I recommend you make that change.
Personal
Cannot contact anybody
Consistent
Have had this app for a little over a year. So far, so good consistent and seems to be safe.
NEW TO NORDPASS
I like it! It has everything I need to know about upon entry. It’s easy to use, I feel safer than I did with my old PW Manager. My only suggestion would be to be able to get to the passwords that are toward the middle to the end of the alphabet easier than scrolling. If there’s a way to do what I prefer, please let me know.
NordPass
Very complicated and difficult to use
Sehr hilfreich und gut aufgebaut
Ich verwende Nordpass nun schon seit vier Jahren. Bin mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden – große Hilfe im Alltag!

Recurring issue
I hate when the app tries to authenticate via browser , network error. Same issue for Le years
Helpful
Thank you for keeping people safe.
No user friendly
I have nothing but trouble getting this to work. Downloaded this because Kim Komando recommended it. I gave it one star but deserves none. Will not renew. Never got free use period either.
LogOut
Ich finde es sehr störend dass man beim LogOut erst ganz nach unten scrollen muss um die App zu beenden.
Not Bad
In general NordPass works fine. It doesn’t always respond in the same to the same website on different devices.
Slug
Slow to access passwords and fails to start on its own.

Email forwarding broke down
Why are my forwarders not working? I’ve lost access to a bunch of accounts because the email forwarding address feature is unreliable. I’ve opened a ticket last week and it’s still unresolved.

Bugs
A good program but has some difficult bugs to deal with.
Thank you.
I love you.
Massive disappointment. Garbage. Don’t use!
Too many issues to list. Do not recommend.
Nice app!
NordPass is a great app when it works, I have had a few issues lately with using my master password and the app says wrong password but I know it’s correct so I often have to reset which is a real pain it got to the stage of deleting the app at one time but glad now I haven’t . Like I said great when it’s working.

All they want is your $$$. They don’t care how many years you’re a long time loyal customer!!!

Needs better browser integration
Solid password vault but daily usage of password in browsers and other apps sometimes clunky
PLEASE MAKE UNIVERSAL VERSION FOR MAC
I love this app but my new Apple-Silicon-based Mac won’t support it much longer 😭. I don’t want to switch! Please make a compatible version!
Poor Customer Service
Can’t get live help, support is all automated. They can’t help an average person
Not working
Secondary account can no longer sign in and no explanation
Looks great if not using iOS
It all looks easy to use and has great features unless you use iOS. In this case you are forced to use the paid version if you would like to import your existing passwords.
Importing from ICloud on iPad
Tried everything that this site said to do to transfer my passwords from iCloud. Absolutely everything they tell you to do FAILS! It will ONLY except Browser stored passwords, NOT iCloud as they say it will!!! Will attempt to get help from them or I’ll simply request a refund! When you follow instructions from a web site… you expect them to work! Apparently not NordPass…

The Worst
Terrible software only exceeded by its customers service.

Fiddler
I am of a certain age having to continually learn (old &new) technology. I like the safety and security of NordPass but I dread the time it takes to set up. The instructions are not intuitive to me and I am slow and have to look up, often so slow the sites time out on me. This problem is mostly my advanced age but NordPass could do better by giving clear instructions ( and less boasting about the product). SM
