Don’t expect much!
After buying a car and getting this app; I discover that Electroverse offers Arnold Clark £8.99 subscription to access a discount of 29% on charging. But this here “loyalty” app just has a raft of silly draws and nonsense discounts for rubbish like cinema or bottom end chain restaurants and pricey parts like car mats and that sort of utter rip off stuff. Yet not a single advantage or discount for the actual stuff they sell you in terms of charging station prices! I won’t bother with the subscription since loyalty is meaningless for this car dealer. What a joke! Maybe do better?

I am loving my new car. So comfortable and great to drive. As to all the buttons etc it is taking a long time to adjust. Still can’t get my navigation through CarPlay and have tried and tried. Different cables etc. one minute it’s there then it’s gone. I can get my music through it no problem. I may have to go back to Arnold Clark to solve this. How I got to Nottingham without it I don’t know. I had only had the car 4 days!!!
My mileage section should show previous entries
I feel that you should be able to see a list of all your previous entries of mileage on the my mileage screen. Rather than just the most recent one. Would be good to keep track of how many miles you’re covering between updates

Paid 150 pounds , 5 times payment taken charging did not start now i have to wait 7-10 days for a refund . 👎👎👎👎👎

Bought a car with a warranty, now there’s an issue, it’s a third party warranty not covered by Arnold Clark. I was told to take it to another garage to be diagnosed and repaired, then ATTEMPT to claim the money back. They will gladly sell you the car the wash their hands when you need them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Thanks to Alan Mason from the Linwood Vauxhall garage. I’ve been struggling with credit recently due to my wife dying and bringing up 2 young kids but he sorted it all out and made life easier for my family. He’s clearly a very hardworking employee and a credit to Arnold Clark.
