Due to a parcel shelf missing and a so called ‘partial service history’ (where I believe it’s full), I don’t think it’s satisfactory to reduce the price by £750! There is no way of adjusting this (computer says no), so I just have to accept it - not good customer service in my view Talking to a computer rather than a human does not help the situation!

Straight forward up to now
Misleading value
Gives you one value and then after filling in the full profile it comes back lower when there’s only one very minor scuff mark. Secondly I did sell the vehicle, filled in all information, ID etc, booked a collection date, and then dealer did not show. I don’t have any confidence that there’s any downside for the dealer network - are they charged for placing bids or booking a collection, or are they free to bid and then not bother following through? It seems all the risk and inconvenience sits with the car owner.

Didn’t like having to use the app, just wanted to upload to a website and have control.

I’ve tried to sell my car twice with it being cancelled and they just keep putting it in auctions and there zero help when you ring them.
Had to retake all photos
Used email link to web browser took and uploaded all photos as requested then when pressed submit asked to download app and do it all again

Not impressed
Value changed three times first offer was £5500. Then it dropped to £3900 then it dropped to £3500 on day of collection.

I have had this vehicle from new it has always had its full service as due to the service history with the vehicle.
Frustrating so far
Cannot add my own pics showing damage that their requested pics doesn’t show. Cannot add a few missing features id forgotten about which could help get me a better price. Doesn’t seem to want to allow anyone to do manual edits. Super annoying. Once buyers see my damage they’re either gonna cancel or start offering me way less. Just let us upload our own pics as extras to your Standard pics.

Better to sell privately
Nice concept. Unfortunately just a modern mechanism for wheeler-dealer style sales pressure to find its way to your doorstep. Had heard from other forums that bids made by dealers aren’t honoured at collection - this was proven true. The Motorway team were ineffective at handling discrepancies and land in favour of the person adding consistent money to their pockets (the dealer). Much lower price than selling privately and less control over the sale than through autotrader.

Motorway welched on my Top Cashback payment so I’ve removed the app and will never use their business again. No loss: a bad app experience anyway.

I am not cleaver with the phone (sadly it’s an age thing..that’s my excuse!) once I got head around it..no problem … ) I think the app is excellent! Await to see what the auction brings! I’m hoping a little more than I have committed too! The car has been throughly spoilt, it is reflected in it’s condition. Award FIVE stars
Baddddd app.
Rude staff on the chat function and not enough info in the sign up process. It allowed me to spend a couple hours setting up my listing before telling me at the very end that they couldn’t actually sell my car. It was a waste of time for me.
