Annoying pop ups
Just trying to work and buy some stuff and you constantly ask me to review the app… so here it is.. ONE STAR FOR BEING ANNOYING.

Won’t work going through a VPN, which reduces security.
Where’s the bin?
I don’t use Tool station that often but when I do I find one aspect of the app really annoying. If you want to remove an item from your basket you can’t just press the amount minus sign until it goes to zero? You have to use the bin icon which is not that obvious what it is and it’s very small and placed randomly on the form. The delay ment I missed the closing time of the shop by 3 minutes!😩🤨

Over the last few weeks this app seems to have gone down the toilet. Trying to place orders before 7 am all we get is “retry” App is latest version, browser been updated Very annoying
Get rid of the pop up
So I spend money and after there is always this annoying pop up. No matter how many times i click on the cross it always opens a browser window. Stop it! Shop itself and even the rest of the app is great, although the range could be improved - don't sell rivnuts...wtf?!

Not helpful
Tun Wells stored decided they couldn’t complete an order as didn’t have an item in stock. Cancelled the one item and didn’t tell me. Store couldn’t order the item either so made me re order online. Only found out as partner went in store to collect all items only to find one item missing. Store couldn’t order there and then either and have me pay the next day on collection. Service could improve I feel.

A long time since I was last a regular, but the number of missings is so high I’m usually shopping at Screwfix instead. And having the access up Dysart Road messed up again is putting me off collecting!
