I have enjoyed being a member of trade point. Thank you
Rubbish
This app never works. Constantly requires updating.

No letting me on the app
Useful but very glitchy
The app is generally useful for quick and simple orders. However, it has several issues: I can’t save items to the basket, I can’t view past orders, and it tends to be glitchy. For anything beyond a straightforward order, it’s easier and more reliable to use the website.
Excellent service
I have been visited to Stanmore Store very helpful staff well managed store
Irritating
The app doesn’t record the receipt for purchases made in store so I still have to try and photograph a receipt and upload it to my company accounts. Screwfix app stores all invoices and emails them to me as a PDF making accounting for expenses very easy. I really don’t see the purpose of the Tradepoint app over the web browser Plus, the app constantly crashes, fails to load products and fails to identify my location. Won’t allow an order to be placed for delivery within knowing the location of your nearest store. I ALWAYS end up using the web browser. But you have to delete the app to do that. Utterly ridiculous and pointless app
Logging problem
Have the account with TradePoint for many years, but recently decided to check it out and wasn’t able to login to the account on both computer and app, refers to the connection point however the connection is clear and available Additionally they don’t upload the records of purchases and receipts, so it is not possible to access the purchases Would be helpful if you could help with this
Very good

The app has stopped working for me
I’ve used the app over the last few years and whilst not great, it has been good for click and collect orders however last year it stopped working despite using the correct details, it won’t open. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve reloaded it. I’ve spoken to the customer contact centre. I’ve spent 12 months having to order via phone with no old online access.. What really gets annoying is the marketing campaign that gives you extra discount if you use the app? I did use it, I would use it!! I can’t use it because it doesn’t work. I’ve emailed Tradepoint , I have filled in customer satisfaction surveys, Nobody is interested. Nobody cares.
Frustration
I’ve had a Trade Card for years but now wanted to have the card put I’m my online Wallet! after confirming my account was open , I can get know where re finding my card to put it my my mobile?
Great
Great
Terrible and it vanishes when you need it in store!
Was in store, went to use my card in my wallet and it had vanished along with the app. Downloaded it again and tried to sign in but it just kept spinning a tape measure (dont ask!) and then went back to the sign in button. Very poor app…
New business
Grwat service, prices and customer satisfaction
So useless
I try to register, and it says that the account already exists, but when I try to didn’t in it says it doesn’t, so what on earth. 🌎 Please fix this. Mr. Crescendo 💙
Maintenance
Trade point app easy to use
Only records online purchases, in- store
When you open the account they say everything you buy is on your app. That is a lie. They only record why you buy online or for delivery. Is store purchase are ignored. No receipts, nothing. You need to take the printout and stuff it in your pocket, in 2026, really?
The best ever
Top class, none stop support, expert staff and very friendly. B&Q always surprises us with wide range of varieties. Beside the un beaten prises ever.
If it ain’t broke etc
I order most evenings for collection, normally on my way to a job. The new app, doesn’t work. I can’t upload it. So I order else where.

Great stuff, easy to buy and collect, really recommend!
Waste of time if you want to search for things
Because whenever browse to a sub-category and you have to go back a step, it went back all the way to the first step.
