Bugs
Unable to pay using paypal and then the option to reserve and pay in store crashes. Worked the 3rd time.
Not bad but could do better
The app is ok but could do better. Use Screwfix as a model. When selecting a part or consumable the app doesn’t show alternatives which are maybe cheaper or better. Also once item put in the basket I couldn’t click on it to show the description so had to click back and refund the product only to see no description was provided. Also I couldn’t pay using Apple so had to hunt for the credit card to do it manually hands a bit mucky at the time.

Why can’t you make the app fit the screen it’s tiny on iPad. It is really small as in phone sized

Order an item for collection; paid for item, waited for confirmation it had arrived, status remained as pending until now shown as returned?! No contact with store via text, phone or email- all very odd! Have reordered item!

What’s happened to the website
The website used to be so easy to use, it listed the product then all of the available brands and you just picked the brand you want. Now every product has about 5 different listings, 1 for each brand. Oil is out of stock which I’ve never seen before (5W-30). I bought from AUTODOC instead I only used euro car parts because AUTODOC didn’t have my cars air filter in stock.

I needed to buy a K&N air filter for a boat but because I don’t have a Number plate registration I can get my part!!!! Looks like Amazon gets my business.

Half the time when I try to use the app the vehicles I have saved in my garage doesn’t pop up or won’t let me re-add them. But when I use eurocarparts website it works fine.

Went into the Tunbridge wells store the on Saturday since ordered the wrong size part on line the person behind the counter was so amazing friendly what a credit to your company .
PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!
The sign in button doesn’t work. When you try and pay with PayPal is gets stuck in an endless loop trying to sign in with PayPal. The app is slow and it doesn’t allow you to complete an order when you select ‘Place an order’. It just hangs, so essentially eurocarparts are losing business. Do they care, likely not. Off to GSF car parts instead.

Clunky, Mismatched against website…
Terrible. The full website is clunky as heck, but the app is just horrendous. The products on the app don’t match those available on the full website. The app is just ridiculously slow to navigate the majority of the time. The payment process is broken; after going through everything and at the payment selection point, I am met with the message that I need to select a collection location - even when it is selected. On going through the whole process again, payment via the bank card/Paypal method results in nothing - it returns you to the payment screen.
