Outstanding
This is the first time in my life I’ve purchased anything such as a car from a website. I found it extremely straightforward I would recommend Cinch to anyone
App Crashing
App keeps crashing, won’t let me open, flashes for a second then shuts down. Deleted and reinstalled multiple times, all on the correct software and update yet still nothing works
Easy Purchase
After biting the bullet and buying a car online, without even seeing it, I put my full trust into Cinch. The purchasing was very straight forward and easy going. A new car, and delivery date sorted within minutes. There is a lot of help and information available to read, which puts you at ease. The Delivery to my door service was selected, which includes my current car as Part-Ex to pick up. All smooth so far…. I have selected a standard delivery slot for around 10 days after my purchase. There were a variety of dates and times available which suited my available time. So, let’s see how things go when the car finally arrives…. I guess it’s watch this space for now!!!
Can't save search settings & can't zoom in on the oics
Poor user experience. I'm looking for a specific type of car and it's a real pain to have to enter the search details every time I use the app. Also if I do find something that interests me I can't zoom in on the pictures. I'm just going to use a different app instead.
White Screen
When I open on IPhone it migrates to a white screen and stays there. Wonder if anyone else experiences this?

App crashes
Had used the app a lot whilst searching for a new car until the app crashed on me about 3 weeks ago and that hasn’t fixed it. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and that hasn’t solved it.

Recent searches function is buggy. No option to zoom photos.
I am using the Cinch app on an iPhone 15 pro max. Although it shows recent searches as an option on the home screen, pressing the shop (n) cars button produces no results even though the button states that many cars are available. Also there is no way to enlarge or zoom in on photos in the gallery.
Screen turns white.
I have been using this app for nearly a year now & have never had any trouble , however since the last two updates whenever i go on the app it almost immediately turns the screen white, making the app impossible to use. Would be grateful if this was sorted out.

Buying a car
Buying a car was very very easy but when dealing with customer service, not a very good experience when trying to deal with a problem constantly ringing them over four days would never buy a car on the Internet ever again I would rather go to a main dealer

App Not Working
After the recent updates to the app, neither my iPad or iPhone can get Pat the Home Screen. As soon as I try to select anything, the screen goes blank?

Plain white screen on my iPhone 15 plus, tried deleting and reinstalling and still doing the same.
Still waiting
We purchased our car on finance with high hopes - after all we were sold “the dream”. Unfortunately, the reality has been quite different. To start, the car was meant to come with an SD card we were reassured it would be sent to us, but here we are, eight months into the contract, countless phone calls later, and still no sign of it. Clearly, mailing an SD card must be an incredibly complex operation. On top of that, despite the dealership carrying out their own “health inspection” and service before selling it - we’ve had more than our fair share of repairs in less than a year. Even the mechanic working on it seemed reluctant to say out right what we were already thinking - that we’d been sold a poor-quality car. Scratches were polished away nicely at the start, but sadly, polish doesn’t cover up mechanical issues. After all the promises, we expected better.

Once you log in on the app it just gives a white screen. I have deleted app reinstalled same issue.

I purchased the car using the app very easy to complete hardest thing was my bank due to technical issues on their part, just waiting for it to be delivered.
COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM CINCH
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Had an ongoing issue with my car since August - I had bought the car in May - by August the car had caught fire with my 18 month old daughter in the back. No calls received from Cinch after informing them of this - and was told that this was down to ‘driver error’. Cinch left me without a functioning car for months - making it impossible to leave the house with my daughter or get to my job as an Intensive care nurse. Spent half my life in emailing/calling Cinch to be passed from pillar to post. The customer service representative who was supposedly dealing with the case has ignored all my contact. Just recently (7th Jan) I was promised that the customer complaints team would be in touch with me via phone within 48 hours - It is now the 17th Jan and I have heard nothing despite emailing/calling multiple times. The case is now being handled by the police (due to the sale of faulty goods), solicitors and the financial ombudsman.
Fab company & easy-to-use app
I’ve found cinch really fantastic: the app is easy to navigate, whether that’s filtering for your needs, comparing cars you’re interested in, or the process of financing/buying a car. Their customer service team has been fab as well - I’ve been in touch with both Georgia via email and Katie via phone call and they’ve both been absolutely lovely and super helpful.

Car did not arrive on delivery date 27/04
Car did not arrive on delivery date which we booked on 12/04 to be 27/04 as they forgot to book it in with the transporter. Cinch have failed to provide us with any updates since.
