This is the best website for sport I am having so much fun shopping at grate price and they have a wide range of brands 👍🏿
Order not showing to return unwanted order.
The App is not very user-friendly. When attempting to access the return policy to initiate a return, the order does not appear in 'My Orders' as advised in the return instructions. It seems this may be a tactic to complicate the process for customers.

Misleading prices
Downloaded as have used prodirect for years. Filtered for my size and browsed the selection which which the interface was good for. Found the new boots I wanted and thought the price was reasonable, but then when I selected my size the price increased dramatically. I found this quite misleading and made me feel my time browsing based on price a waste of time. Will be using other sites in future.

Poorest website
It’s a real struggle to use the website due to the lack of flow and consistency. The app is inconsistent and regularly has dismiss errors when attempting to put items into the basket. I really don’t want to use it or purchase anything due to bad experience.

Can be very buggy this site, great app but needs to update the server to accommodate the traffic
Can’t even log in
Created an account through the website and signed in using Google. Download the app and try to sign in… no option to sign in using Google, only Apple or Amazon. Try Sign in with Apple… “you already have an account with this email address. Click link to connect your accounts”. Link does not work. Try sign in with Amazon. Same thing… so unbelievably useless.

Don’t be fooled
If you’re downloading this because of the promise of a 10% discount then save yourself some time and don’t bother. It doesn’t exist! Exactly the same price as website and the code they give you “cannot be found at this time”

Keeps on logging me out every month and then struggle to log back in

I’ve been a happy customer of Prodirect for as long as I can remember, I mainly shop the football products as their selection is second to none doesn’t matter what brand they got it covered (well the ones that matter.) and it’s exciting the have some physical stores in north (Manchester store’s the best!🔴⚪️⚫️).
What’s the point?
Push notifications pop up frequently, click on them and the app just sits there loading for ages. Save your time and just go on their website. Also gave one star due to the “from” pricing shown. If I put in my size then show me the price for what I’ve selected, not the price of a size 13 canoe.
Didn’t even bother to respond
To be honest the spikes are fine it’s just the customer service thats awful and terrible . I emailed them so many times to see where more order was , because I ordered next day no one had the curtsey to respond back and I have not received my order I am so disappointed

The recent app update has made the product worse. The app struggles to load and when it does, the user journeys have changed. Real shame.

The app was a 5 out of 5. Oh yeah let’s update the app with nothing wrong with it and completely Fxxx it up. I have bought 2 pairs of trainers in a month wont be buying anymore until the app is simplified. I want a brand only option. On running.

Unable to actually log in now. Asking me to long in to Gigya, then it just errors me out. The app was clunky before…hoping they’re using this downtime to rebuild completely.
