What they complain about
- Promo codes and discounts often fail
- Delivery charges are surprisingly high
- App freezes or crashes during checkout
- You must log in every time
Easy to use
Functional, easy to navigate. Delighted.
Can’t order
Has always been a bit buggy app but now they have added cloud flare they have stopped humans placing orders.
SportsShoes good but not excellent
These guys are good. Range of stock and website fantastic. Loses a star for me due to expensive delivery charge and no free return option.
Postage costs are too expensive!
Need cheaper postage options. £4.99 for cheapest postage is a ripoff
Need an iPad version
I have the app running on my iPad and it comes up the size of a phone screen. I had difficulty logging into the web version with my identity and discounts.
Fast and efficient
Very easy and secure and amazing choice of sports shoes
Easier to use the website or different app
Nightmare trying to place a simple order, continuously freezes trying to verify I’m human (maybe they thought I was a spider because I was trying to bit 3 pairs of shoes) gave up in the end and went shopping on alternative app …. Shame as the website is pretty straight forward
Discount for first purchase through the app didn't work
I bought for the first time throughout the app and submitted the code for discount but it didn't work.
Discount
Reeled in with a discount and then spent over £175 to then pay £5 delivery… the games gone
No size guide on App
Concerned that the sizing information is not available.
Rebel v5
Please restock new balance rebel v5 orange black
Makes you log in EVERY TIME
You have to log into this app every.. single…. Time….. it is so incredibly annoying, its an app for shoes, do not make me log in every time its bonkers
Great value on quality brands
But the app is a little clunky - broken links for sizing information.
Discount on first purchase?!???
First purchase 15% discount doesn’t work! Cop out.
Misleading sign up
I signed up on the app for promise of free delivery over £50. I didn’t get it. So it was misleading. Not great.
Great Choice
Always a lot of options, love the spec details, speedy delivery
Cookie consent
Was working ok and then suddenly stuck on a cookie consent pop up that has no content and you can’t close. Very poor!
Buying sports watch
I say to download. Unable to use first app money off code which is disappointing
sort option is not workinf
app is okay but sorting options not working
Not free post!
You lured me into the App with ‘free express post’ on ALL orders, and that wasn’t infact true. (Yes it was a sale item but why does it say ‘ALL’! Time wasted , extra paid)
Need good runners shop here
Always a fantastic deal to be had here That will always have what you need to sort you out for the miles ahead
You don’t get 15% off your first app order
Only downloaded to get the 15% off - utter waste of time.
Works but not great
I managed to complete my purchase but ended up more of hassle than simply using the website. Not the smoothest user interface and a lot of weird interactions that leave you with little confidence in the app to complete your purchase properly. Could be good once kinks ironed out but definitely needs work.
Always worth a look
Anytime I’m looking for serious sports kit, which is too often according to my wife! I always see what’s on offer at SportsShoes.com as the range they hold is huge, they have great brands and prices which are always competitive. In the sales, the prices can be outstanding.
Clickbait
I downloaded the app for the 15% discount first order NEWSEASON15. This does not work so I will purchase elsewhere as it’s cheaper. Bit of a con!
Go to sports shoe retailer
Always good to go to for my shoes. Maybe not always the cheapest but great range and easy website.
Promo code doesn’t work
The first off promo code doesnt work
Discount
Best discounts in the market
Duped by discount code
I downloaded the app as it was promised that it would lead to a 15% discount and then it said the code was not valid. So frustrating
Pleasant
The app makes for a pleasant browsing and shopping experience. I like it a lot.
Lured in with false promises of discount codes. Hateful.
I’ve said enough.
Sensational
SportsShoes has always been my go to store for activewear. They’ve got range, unbeatable prices, top brands and now a sleek app! On top of that? Free delivery 🙌 sign me up, Scotty! Essential download, highly recommend.
Poor selection of shoes
The selection of shoes outside of running is not good. Not everybody runs.
