Great card
I looks like it will be worth every penny.
Not user friendly, limited assistance !!!
If you have an issue with your card, online general enquiry topics supplied are very limited using the online BLC contact centre portal !!! There is no telephone number for this unit and that given on Google is unobtainable !!! Also, any emails sent to the BLC address given on Google are returned as undelivered !!! The card and online sites are extremely user unfriendly and the fact you cannot contact anyone to me is highly suspicious. When I want advice, I would like to speak to someone and not be redirected to online enquiry portals that have nothing to do with my enquiry in hand !!!

Brilliant card to have but I wish I could have it in my Apple wallet with my other cards
Unable to add Vouchers to Apple Pay
After buying a Tesco gift card, the page shows the Add to Apple wallet button, but the button is inactive and untappable. Please fix.
Room for improvement
I’ve had my BLC for several years now and so have gone through various iterations of the app. Some things have definitely improved. However, I find that Blue Light Tickets (which used to be on a separate website) are not very easy to find now that they are on the app. This could certainly be improved
can't log in
i'm on 27.0.1 iphone 17 just updated the software and now unable to login it won't open anything on the main app. please look into this
Used to work
The app before the upgrade worked fine now on iPhone (mine) despite deleting and reloading I cannot access account info. Bit of a backward step in terms of improving

Awful app and mediocre discounts
Bloated app that still can’t get the basics right. Secretly side-loads a safari tracking extension into the browser! Constantly logs me out. “Improved” Search is still useless. App is a cluttered ad driven mess. Thankfully you can get just as good deals/discounts via other affiliate and cashback sites…
Renew not working?
Followed the renew link in app, opens webpage and no details to renew? total pointless! Looked for help, followed instructions to the T and no option to renew??? Dev team what are you doing? Can’t you do your jobs and test before hand? This make you look like you don’t give a monkey or your incompetent at doing your job? Very embarrassing for blue light!
Very amateourish
I cannot believe that developers of this app are unable to get shopping card functions right. Their support team is useless. Virtual shopping cards should have a very simple way of checking balances and topping them up, but even if the card has not expired and with the “top up” logo on it, it cannot be topped up and when checking balances it says “card details not found”. This is mainly problematic with Waitrose and Morrisons. With relation to Sainsburys, other than above issues, the balance does not update on Apple Wallet - requires manually adding it back again, which is a dodgy solution. Waitrose and Morrison cards cannot even be added to Apple Wallet (option is not even offered). Overall, this is just a nuisance altogether. An experienced developer should had been able to get this right from the beginning regardless of the retailer which issues the virtual card - after all, it should all be the same platform and common interface since the cards are obtained via Blue Light.
App doesn’t work
For the past month now the app will not load on iPhone. Spinning wheel appears so can’t search for retailers. The card is available though. Tried deleting, clearing cache, restarting phone multiple times. Very frustrating
Never received
Applied over 2 months ago and still no card. Customer services is just as useless in getting back in touch as is the app. Ps how do I get a refund.

I have renewed blue light card. Card arrived in the post but app will not load up on I phone .
Doesn’t Work Sadly
Just signed up to Blue Light & some f the offers seem great. Unfortunately, when try to access them from the app, I’m told repeatedly, that they cannot load currently & to try again later. I did & they still don’t load! I did manage to purchase a pre paid card for Sainsbury’s but then it wouldn’t load in my wallet, so was a bit worried I’d lost 100 quid! Fortunately, by logging into the BL website, I was able to retrieve it & put it into my Apple wallet. I have an iPhone 17 with latest iOS, what am I doing wrong?

Optimise the app
The app seems to not work as it should. Initial contact is good, opens as normal but then every button I press in the app seems to send me to either loading or blank screen!! I tried to delete/install the app, tried to update but none available!!! Please optimise this app. It work as normal on the browser!
No more cinema
We had a good deal for cinema which is very cultural, however they stopped the contract, and blue light card put the cinemas webpages as if they were any discounts 🤦🏻♂️ disappointed, not going to renew my card.
