Target have great quality products for great prices!
Horrible checkout experience
Unable to order due to some stock not available for home delivery but each item says it is available for him delivery. The app should flag which item is no longer in stock so we can remove the item. Every other online shop does this when items are out of stock so it isn’t hard.
Trusted Business
Target is a trusted and dependable business to buy toys for my grandchildren. I wish they would include a gift wrapping service. That would add value.
Needs work
Shopping aspect is great but account functionality is awful, multiple log ins, cannot see orders or order history, or change email address on account.
Wish list gets deleted
Wish list is continually deleted/ removed for no reason. It’s like if you have too much in your wishlist it reverts to empty. So annoying, especially when planning an event like Christmas and I want to keep ideas in one spot

I love browsing the Target app, finding exactly what I want and being able to collect it 3 hours later
Glitch
Unfortunately, the app has had a glitch for months. Can’t actually purchase anything. Asks you to log in and when you do it takes you to the home page. So cannot purchase anything
Easy to use app
Good selection of products. Was not able to use PayPal though for some reason. Not sure if that is an issue with the application or if that was a PayPal issue.

My app keeps clearing the stuff that I favourite which is really annoying
Annoying
Target Chadstone is an oft visited and shopped at store. Why don’t you ever provide enough stock? Instead it is sent to useless stores like greensboro and Eastland. Please provide more stock at Chadstone.
Low Stock Items
The only negatives is that I noticed a few low stock items and trying to get all stock available at the one store.
Wishlist still constantly disappearing
Target have not fixed the Wishlist randomly clearing, this has been an issue for years now. I add things to my Wishlist to purchase later, come later there is nothing in my Wishlist. How can other major stores such as Kmart, Myer, Big W, Best & Less have functioning wishlists but Target STILL hasn’t fixed this.

Glitch n login
Experiencing a lot of glitches logging in. Tells me email or password incorrect. Reset password. Still unable to login. Tried setting up account & tells me account already exists? What am I supposed to do?
So many bugs
Developers need to fix bugs! The update message in app takes you to the iTunes Store not the Apple App Store. The App Store link to developers takes you to the app and then you’re back in a loop to the iTunes Store. This is sloppy work.

Can’t zoom on pictures to see, no one wants to shop like this, I can zoom on the Kmart app, why not yours! You scum bags

I feel like this app only works 20% of the time. Nothing loads, the little red line just doesn’t quite make it to end, no matter how long you wait.

App isn’t working
I would like to know if anyone else is having issues with target app because I’m trying to log in and I can’t get access to it especially with my OnePass account
Can’t use as it says I need to update but there’s no update??
I went on to find some pjs and slippers for the family and it opens up and says I must update to the latest version. That’s fine, I go to do that and there’s no update????!!! It just has the button that says “open” So I can’t use my app, so I can’t use my savers which I can’t do on the website. I would think a company as big as Targeť would have an adequate IT department who would test the updates once released. Unfortunately in this day and age where most are time poor, people don’t want to have to mess around, and will just shop elsewhere….as I will be today.

In general I enjoy the app, and I like that I can redeem flybuys points. I wish there were more rewards and discounts for frequent buyers. Whenever I buy something it uses my old card number and then I have great difficulty returning things in store because the staff say it’s the wrong card number. So maybe you can fix that, or train your staff to handle it.

Sooo frustrating to fill basket after basket only to have them wipe clean. Same with favorites - disappearing! Support doesn’t help and it’s not my phone.

Can’t shop
I want to shop at Target but this app makes it impossible. Hasn’t worked for months - no product loads. It throws up a ‘it looks like something went wrong…’ error. Don’t bother downloading

Overall it’s nice and gives you a chance to skip the queue in the shopping centre if you know what you are buying. However while I was ordering the app kept glitches and had an access denied error message for a long time which needs improvement Thank you

What on earth has happened in the latest update? App keeps telling me to update so go to App Store and it tells me to open and you are caught up a constant loop 😡 Please fix this.
