App is BROKEN
Seriously it can’t even accept the code it needs to verify a phone number to finish signing up & in. Replace whoever is in charge of programming this app immediately, they’re terrible at their job.
I truly do not understand the purpose of this app
I love OnePass truly. Such a life saver re shipping and shipping time, as well as priority click and collects at Bunnings but most businesses who utilise it basically have it almost built in.. this app isn’t really useful for anything and I find it gives me log in problems and is always logging me out. If you want to see what stores accept OnePass, they’ll advertise it (the company) or you can see it on OnePass website. I much prefer the website to the app anyways. Wish they’d make this app a bit more useful and not so redundant, it’s truly great service but the app is lacking and just isn’t there yet.

Awesome
I’ve been using Onepass for about a year and loving it. The free shipping with no minimum spend for Kmart is probably my most used feature, that alone has been totally worth it. App is very similar to the flybuys app, easy to navigate and find my card. Good stuff!
Good in Theory
Great for delivery and flybuys points but linking stores and products to Onepass becomes an eternal loop of logging in. In the end it wouldn’t link. The first time I used it I had issues and when I rang Onepass for assistance I could not understand what they said due to extremely poor English language proficiently. I opted to click and collect with no bonus points or free delivery rather than go through the whole trouble shooting process again.
App no good
One pass is good but the app is no good . As it keeps logging you out of it and at shops you can’t log back into so you miss out scanning card at the shop and miss out on them points. Always logging you out and when you go to use it , you can’t because you can’t log back in .

I hate going into shops, so i order 99% on line. One pass is awesome. So glad office works came on board. Hope others do as well.
Couldn’t log in
Created an account online (got 6m free through Afterpay) but once I tried to log in through the app it just wouldn’t load. I tried everything. Refresh, delete re-download, wifi, data, change location, etc. And nothing on this earth could log me in. Pretty annoying coz I hate doing things online (I have adhd and little kids) I forget to use it unless I’m seeing g an app on my screen.

Fix your app!
Omg! I really wanted to try your product but this app is buggy as hell for something with the backing of such large companies. I encountered so many log on issues. Even signing up was a problem as the app had an error with the phone verification over and over again. Then the email Verifications to link my flybuys and Priceline that simply so don’t work. Password errors that tell me I’ve tried to log on too many times when I’ve only tried once. I’m highly computer literate and this is simply poor and would drive someone less so, to simply delete your app along with the membership.

Honestly, having to log in all the time is SO 20th CENTURY! Start using biometrics and I’ll reconsider my 1-star rating 🤯

Onepass is totally scam - bought with flybuys and never get the activation code. No help from support

You can’t even see how many points you have received from your OP purchases. What’s the point? I see the initial base amount with no bonus points even showing. I literally have no idea of what the purpose of this app is apart from linking accounts. And even then, you can’t unlink yourself. Terrible. I won’t be renewing
