App logs you out after sometime, and logging in while trying to redeem offers at checkout is not fun.

I used to get some free items on flybuys and enjoyed the perks but don’t get them anymore

It disappears often I have to renew it from the beginning because it won’t recognise my password What is going on?
Flybuys isn’t that too terrific
I find Flybuys some what of a necessity in today’s times but if I had a choice I would not use them as I find that most products listed as rewards cost more.

Awful Chat
Sends a wall of text with information and then closes that chat in 10 seconds of no response. Seriously never seen anything like it.
Flybuys but no flying included 🧐
I used to use all my points for flying but now I just don’t feel I get as good use of my points anymore. I even got a Cole’s credit card to get more points. I will be looking at getting a card that I can actually get free flights.

Its great way of saving for a rainy day
No e-receipts
I find it so silly that you can’t access receipts in your activity list like you can with the everyday rewards program. Makes it shopping at Woolworths and associated partners significantly better!

Visibility & Inferior Functionality VS Competition
Deals in play disappearing temporarily before coming back into view later in the week is a poor experience inferior to the Woolworths rewards system. Dollar spend off you next shop is automatically deducted is also a feature of less control that again is inferior customer experience compared to the WW Rewards program disappointingly.
Getting $’s for Flybys points
An excellent way of giving to others less fortunate than I. These $’s go toward buying groceries for the needy. My church runs a care cupboard twice a week, where necessary food & toiletries are bagged & given to families. Thank you for allowing me to have dollars instead of getting things I neither require or can do without. :~} x

Woolies Rewards program & App is so much better than Flybuys.
Worst discount multipliers
App works well but the points offers they give you are largely irrelevant cos it’s a miracle if you actually need the product on the exact day you’re shopping. Woolworths rewards frequently has 10x points on everything multipliers and 6x points on everything at the same time. Flybuys it’s like they’re trying to be as stingy as possible. And their system is slow. Takes weeks for bonus points to show and days for regular points to show in your account. Woolworths rewards are INSTANT. Flybuys way behind the 8 ball

Flybys are great points have overt 10.000 points and will be spending them
Dollars should be on the App
Please upgrade the redemption of points so you can use the App / phone to redeem dollars at the checkout. It is frustrating needing the physical card to collect rewards.

No cards are valid?
Put through 3 temporary cards, according to the app none of them are valid Couldn’t even create an account! What about using phone camera and bar code that’s printed on the card??? Instead of making me put through all this codes multiple times with high risk of human errors for entries. Pretty pathetic for such a big company.

Rubbish app
This app still needs heaps of work Points need to be added instantly to flybuys like the competitor Woolworths. Why is Coles/Flybuys lagging behind Woolworths soooooo much????? Should be able to keep up with modern day technology, I shouldn’t need to take my physical card to redeem flybuys dollars. So still no helpful changes to the app, flybuys points take too long to be added to account, still not instant like in Woolworths, can only redeem offers once, not multiple times like at Woolworths, I still need to carry around a physical card when I want to use flybuys dollars. Many users have reported similar issues, and the standard reply “we will look into it” means nothing as nothing changed for YEARS. When you say you are looking into it, the consumer expects improvements not the same rubbish again and again. Employ some new programmers, someone that can actually fix the problems. Listen to your customers before we all apart to Woolworths, we want to be cardless when redeeming, we want our points added instantly and we want multiple chances to use activated offers across multiple shopping days. We NEED change NOW not useless stock standard replies that mean nothing. How many bad reviews over many years do you need??
