Don’t Join
It’s a headache with refund. auto renewal after cancellation of membership - will still take money out of your bank.
Warehouse specials not loading - NOW FIXED
Was a great app until the introduction of “Joomag” to view the specials and now they don’t load at all. Using safari automatically opens the app so there isn’t a workaround until the app is fixed. This is now working. But I don’t see the reason for the change. It was great with the larger images and now you have to pinch zoom and muck around to view the specials.
The Costco in warehouse savings viewer has been broken for a long time

Error straight away
Logged in fine, try to enable digital membership and I get an error when I try to submit my photo - “impossible to register digital membership”
Rubbish
I bought a new phone and tried logging in again and can’t. If I use the forgot password option I can’t cut and paste from my password manager. The password prompt opens and hides the field. I finally changed my password successfully after numerous failed attempts despite the passwords matching and the criteria being met, and now I can’t log in using the new password. Tried again, same thing. Unusable.
App is not too bad
Can’t even log in. No idea where it is trying to pull the user account from because the website works fine. The app team needs to sort this out. Update: So I managed to get in touch with the support team for accounts. For some reason, there was some kind of bug with the account where my email was used already. Will be diving more into the app now to see if there is anything useful I can review on to make this app better.
I can’t find the food of the food.
I can’t find the food of the price. This app is not very convenient for me.
Move to Wallet
All works well but can it be moved to the Wallet or Stocard? Accessing it can sometimes be difficult if there’s no reception. Plus just generally more efficient at the petrol station to scan.

How hard is it to make an app that can actually search for Products and display results . Dodgy app

Mostly I search for item it was hard and can’t find it sometime I want to know the item have at Costco or not .
Ability to add membership card to Apple wallet
As the title suggests, please allow us to add the membership card to Apple wallet.
Not impressed
What’s the point of having to download the app to save time, ask for your money before going in the store and forcing you to pay 65 dollars, then take a photo afterwards to then be told, you now have to go line up at the store which btw is nearly 45min to then verify what you have entered in the phone. I haven’t even entered the store yet. Absolutely hopeless experience so far!
Online Purchases don’t Work, Deals don’t load
Deals don’t load anymore (Joomag just loads halfway) Tried to make a purchase and it kept saying something went wrong. Kinda makes the whole app redundant if nothing works.

Ever since it switched to JOOMAG, it stops working. Find someone else to do it properly. How can you let the App update without proper testing.

Impossible to register. I think they got Centrelink team to create it. I’ll just use the card.
Move Digital Membership Card Out of ‘My Costco’
I would like to suggest moving the digital membership card out of the ‘My Costco’. Every time I access ‘My Costco,’ the screen brightness automatically increases to the maximum. This is very uncomfortable, especially when I’m at home in a dimly lit environment and just want to check my purchases, rewards, or notifications. The sudden brightness is harsh on the eyes. It would be great if this feature could be placed elsewhere or if the brightness adjustment could be made optional.

Useless app as the search function is a disgrace
Please improve the payment section
It didn’t load saved credit card to start with, and I went 3 times trying to place an order, the app showed order failed , however I received sms order successful. Please can you fix this. No offence, but can’t imagine this is an app made by a company with billions profit
How does a multi billion dollar company have such a terrible app
Getting Credit card payments completed couldn’t be any more harder. Costco just delete the app from the store and don’t bother
Pending Membership
I still don’t get why any time you change devices you need to visit the membership counter to re activate your digital membership card, surely once per account is sufficient. Please change this.
App that never works
Updated and reinstalled the app many times works till you login and then never works all I see is something wrong refresh app or reopen app to work !
