Don't bother paying for express shipping, been waiting for my "estimated 1 day delivery" for 3 days now, contacted support and they are less help than my pet cat.

Haven’t used Kogan for a number of years and this recent purchase reminds me why. They show an item and use OEM model numbers only to supply some fake rip off product. When you try to return the junk there is no return option other than wait for hours and get no response from their chat bot. Stay away they are just a scam.

Amazing experience
Cheap prices, quality products. All the items I’ve bought from Kogan were big purchases and I only had issues with the first one (it came faulty) and they were very efficient in delivering a replacement. Overall I’m soooo happy with Kogan, a company that offers fair prices in a country where everything is already so expensive.
Terrible customer service
Bought a vanity as a gift for my partner. Multiple parts arrived faulty, which took me an entire day of manual adjustments to fix myself because customer service didn't reply for days. To make it worse, the mirror arrived with cracks in two separate places. I reached out again with photos and am still getting total radio silence. I bought two other items that were fine, but the lack of support on this damaged order is unacceptable. Leaving this 1-star review until Kogan actually responds and resolves the issue.

Fantastic Offers
If you’re not shopping Kogan it’s a good chance you’re paying too much. Kogans Help Centre is very quick & efficient if you need to reach out to them, their PR is outstanding. I had to cancel an order due to my mistake & they couldn’t do enough quick enough. Products: well it’s a one stop shop & if they don’t have it it’s not worth buying. I have bought a number of products now & have been absolutely happy each time & after five or six years I’m still enjoying the TV.
