USELESS UPDATE
GREAT UPDATE NOW IT WONT OPEN GUESS ILL BUY MY NEW $2000 LAPTOP AT HARVEY NORMAN MIGHT WANT TO FIX YOUR APP, IDIOTS.
App ok, info terrible
The app is OK but when you search it all falls apart. Example filtering for connector type on monitors will return no results.
Issues with no images loading
Main issues are Images aren’t loading. Just grey boxes Can’t see what is the items And better find the item in another store easier Like if it’s out of Stock show in say while of QLD and store contact to se if store has physical item in store. Too save time Deals # own page and properly categorised Easier navigation and layout options on bigger screen offer grid and layout options And support dark mode for easy browsing Also alert for when orders are ready in store for click and collect and delivery notifications would be awesome
Really love everything about this app
Functions well and if you order something rarely will you receive a cancellation email and refund. Stock is up to date and I can click and collect or choose delivery without all the hitches of Kmart and target apps.
Don’t waste your time like I did
I own a business and have a young daughter. I have very limited time. So I thought online shopping would save time, I was wrong. I spent about 2hr trying to purchase a couple of work diaries, a notebook, bluetack and chalk. It sounded like a pretty straightforward list to me, all items appeared to be in stock and available for delivery, (but I was wrong). I selected the items I needed (about 5total), went to the checkout, but then receiving the message: “Payment Failed, please try again.” No further information regarding what went wrong… so the actual issue was..? Who knows? I want back and ensured sufficient money was in my account then tried several different payment methods (not the issue), tried signing out and back into my officeworks account (no good), refreshing the page and reselected the items (purchase still won’t go through), adjusted the items I was purchasing to equivalent products (nope), ensured my OnePass account shared the same email / delivery address as officeworks (all appeared fine, but payment was again rejected), etc etc etc. Nothing worked. But due to the error message of “Payment Failed, please try again” being a complete enigma (providing zero actual details regarding what the issue might be), it’s not too surprising that the error was impossible to troubleshoot. Basically: Don’t use this app. Don’t waste your time. It’s isn’t worth it. Officeworks programming is evidently a faulty system. So disappointed. I want my 2hr back.
Buggy and Unusable for Online Ordering
Very buggy. Impossible to actually checkout and pay. Keeps giving errors, or says “click here to try again” over and over again, or presents an annoying CAPTCHA followed by another error message. How can this app be so poorly tested from such a large company? I’m staggered.
Not loading photos
Latest update now loads product information but still not loading photos on many products, please fix. Thank you
FYI
Hi OW team - just an fyi that in the old app when I clicked the button to “update now”, the link opens the iTunes Store instead of the App Store :)
Forced app use preventing website opening
I prefer to browse on my own terms, not be forced into an app that’s likely tracking my movements and spending.
Umm
I literally got my account blocked when i tried to log in?
The iPad app is okay but the iPhone app is not
Note to the . The iPhone app wouldn’t allow me to enter the credit card expiry year. That just didn’t work no matter what I tried but fortunately the iPad app did so I was able to complete my purchases.
Great
Great app
Cannot proceed payment
Cannot proceed payment when every information has been filled, disappointing experience
No photos
The app continues to not load any of the photos of the products. I’ve re-downloaded, logged in and restarted the app. No photos
Haven’t used but looks good
This app wouldn’t log me in when I first downloaded it and I left A 1-star review. The developer contacted me to explain it was a problem on Officeworks’ end, not the app, and now I can log in. I haven’t used the app but I couldn’t delete my review, only edit it.
Unuseable Trash
If I cant checkout like 99% of apps what is the point of this garbage? I might as well delete the app and use the chrome app.
I can’t search for items
I was trying to find something on the app so I tried searching it up but there were no results. I refreshed the app, no results. I tried using different words and see if anything pops up, no results.
Got sold something that didn’t work
Got sold a simple mouse that had simple components yet couldn’t right click. How in the world do you mess such a thing up.
Not working - server error message
Who vibe coded this seriously how is an app down all day?! No clue how these developers even get these jobs smh
Terrible login
This app is terrible, you need to login 5-6 times, taking up to 5 minutes sometime, just so you can bring up your click and collect barcode.
Every update the program gets worse
It doesn't link to your account properly - wishlists and shopping lists randomly appear and disappear. Half the time it can't even find its own wishlists and shopping lists created within the app. How this comes from the same company as Bunnings is insane. It's absolute garbage.
Broken
App has stopped working - getting server error when I open it.
