Fix app issues
I previously deleted the app due to all the lag and filter issues and now see nothing has changed. Resetting the filter options every time you go to the next page and the blank page glitches is a deterrent for shopping with B&L. The website is not any better either!

App not working
App is not working. Been glitchy for a while, now not loading at all, screen stays white when you open the app and doesn’t load anything. Tried on WiFi & mobile data. No app updates in the App Store & App support is not accessible as when you click on it via the App Store it takes you to the best & less app and it doesn’t load.
Does it work today?
I have been using this app for a while now & yes still glitchy. Hard to get around etc. But now it just shows me a blank white page. Cannot access at all. I went to use B&L online through browser but it just goes to app that stopped working. Not happy with an app like this. Too hard to use.

I was so excited to see you have an app! Unfortunately I cannot get past the store selector page. I had to skip that in order to get to the actual store. Hopefully you can fix that and I will change my review!!

Just awful
Can’t log in, lagging, glitches, can’t check out. Just completely useless.
App never works
I love shopping at Best&Less - especially for my toddler. But the app always crashes, laggy or just doesn’t open/load the home page. Please fix this 🙌🏻 I have the most up to date version and in iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Wishlist items not saving
I spent 20 minutes adding items to my Wishlist so when I go in store I can easily find the things I want. Only problem is when I clicked into my Wishlist NOTHING had saved there.

Can’t create an account, can’t set a store. Gave up at that point. Why even have an app if it’s completely unusable.

This app is terrible. Takes way too long to load each section and scrolling through photos is choppy.

Incredibly slow between pages. Does not return to place in search results page after viewing a product. I am dying here waiting for pages to load. Omg.
Slow and painful
Best & less shopping online is painful compared to aps like Kmart/big w. It’s so slow and hard to navigate!!
