Returns
The user experience isn’t great. I bought online (whilst in a store because they didn’t have stock). I paid extra for returns. I need to return an item so I’ve logged in to create an account and my order hasn’t linked to the account. So trying to complete the refund has been terrible user experience.

Customer service
The Customer Services @ Wollongong was fantastic. Only the shipping fees which are to high and I lost my postage fees when I returned the overall clothing $5.75 is a lot
Terrible!
Slow and took me over an hour and 1/2 to check out because it kept defaulting to postcode and wouldn’t let me check out!
App doesn’t work
I have spent the last three hours attempting to buy two bikini top and bottoms, and some jewellery and no matter what I do, it won’t let the transaction go through. I have a 100 dollar gift card, and my first order promo code leaving my total at $96.96. Every detail I put in is correct, but no matter what I do it won’t let me complete the process- it shows a lock on the confirm and pay- even though I technically have nothing to pay. The clothes themselves look nice, the app is just awful. Sorry
Payment system has bugs
This is a good application but the cart final payment section is full of bugs and requires two lots of addresses to be input even if they are the same just to complete the order.

Obsessed!! Great range of clothes, shoes & some unique gifts for Xmas too. I’m always checking out whats new in on the app 10/10
Checking out has never been more frustrating
This app is horrible. I’ve tried no less than 10 occasions to check out and this horrible app has failed me every time. Won’t accept my address, won’t accept Apple Pay, won’t accept PayPal and won’t accept my card. If you want to order anything, don’t use this rubbish app.

Returns are Difficult
The overall app is enjoyable and easy to use, but trying to complete a return for us was quite difficult to the point we gave up.

Cart abandoning experience
The check out process is painfully slow. The app didn’t recognise my details, and made me re-enter even though they were correct. After trying to pay, it said something in my cart wasn’t available in that quantity, but wouldn’t show what. After rebuilding my cart, it still wouldn’t let me check out. I switched to the website to see which items were not available, and placed the exact same order with no issues. A huge waste of time and definitely a cart abandoning experience.
Clunky
This app is clunky. The app and the desktop website don’t sync your wish list, and the payment system glitches many times for me recently. I also placed an order on PC and it didn’t get processed. What’s the go? Citybeach online used to be a breeze

Only payment method I could use was Apple Pay or PayPal. Klarna didn’t work.

Web not so friendly as wanted to pay with PayPal n keeps rejecting until I purchased with Apple Pay.

I Absolutely love this Clothing online store, but it’s just the pricing of your clothing attire & Apparel industry, aswell as your inflation value is just abit exorbitant & excessive but over All love the products & brands

Always excited to visit the shop in person because I’ll always leave with something new! So much variety for amazing prices! Online shopping is easy and fun! 10/10!

Took 6 goes at checkout. Took 3 payments out of paypal but didn’t finalise the order.

False advertising
Was in City Beach and saw in the change room promo stating sign up as a new member for 20% discount on first purchase. So, signed up then and there. Went to check out and told 20% not available yet as takes two days for code to come through. Via email. Stated then that is ridiculous because I am in buying now and so it would technically make me invalid for discount as I won’t have a first purchase to allocate the 20% against. Nothing staff could do so paid full price and left. A week later no email of discount, discount is not ion the app and the app hasn’t even recorded my purchase made last week. Don’t often shop at City Beach, will probably avoid.
App is slow.
Hi admin, the app is slow to open and navigate. Also it is not letting user to edit date of birth. It is showing different date of birth, every time open my account tab. On website, my details are correct but in app they are wrong. I have tried to sign-out and delete app. Reinstall but problem remain same. Thanks for understanding.
