Product images not loading — major usability issue
Ongoing issue with images not loading throughout the app. Product images are blank in the browsing list — you have to tap into each individual product to see what it looks like. Even worse, images are also blank in the shopping cart, so there’s no way to check what you’re buying at a glance before checkout. The same problem occurs on the Lorna Jane website too. Very disappointing experience for what should be a straightforward shopping app — please fix this.
Your app does not work
Fix the issues - I’ve already told you about this. I can’t delete anything from my wish list. I cannot view the new arrivals without it repeating the same page a hundred times. I have deleted the app and reinstalled the app. It is STILL not working properly. Fix it!
Needs fixing
Good app but won’t log me in so pretty much can’t use the perks of being a member. Have deleted the app and re installed and still the same issue. Put my password in and it says logging in and then doesn’t and then I stay logged out. So over it so I use the website.

It’s so hard to order from this website.if I want to order for my friend I can’t do as it’s not matching with my details.I did same order 6 times and it’s getting cancelled as billing address is different from shipping.yes it is as I want to order for my friend,so what it is a big deal.Never doing shopping again

The fadage of fabric in the pants that i have purchased several times isn’t good. Plus fluff seems to stick to them which is frustrating

Discount code incorrect
It mentioned on the Lorna Jane website that if you installed the app and used the code, that Lotus leggings would be $50.00 per pair. When I entered the code, it was incorrect and failed to work. A bit annoying and misinformation for buyers.

Will not open
Trying to purchase something and having no luck no luck on the website - downloaded the app and all that I get in the Home Screen. No log in, no sign up, so navigation. Just a Home Screen.
Great, but no PayPal option
Great app.. I use it to ‘shop’ but always complete my purchase via their website as the app doesn’t allow to pay with PayPal.
Very difficult to deal with
Over the past few years, I’ve had issues with gift cards, customer service support, and app. It’s all really small and silly things that I haven’t faced with any other company. Their return policy isn’t great, either. Some clothes are good quality, other pieces are complete garbage.
Size filter
The app is easy to navigate but it does not allow you to filter for your size which is annoying. You have to click into each product to discover they don’t have it in your size.

Won’t let me change country
The app won’t let me change to the Australian store. It is stuck on the nz store. Such a shame coz I want to buy Lorna Jane clothes online. I also find their website doesn’t work so I never buy their things

Can’t listen to anything while using this app. Stops all sound from other apps.

CAN'T ADD ITEMS IN CART
I've just signed up & downloaded app for the 1st time as I got friends who recommended Lorna Jane. As a 1st time app purchaser, I wanted to claim that $50 leggings for 1st time app purchase offer. For some reason, the app wouldn't let me add item in cart. I restarted app, deleted app, redownloaded app. I disconnected/connected to wifi. I restarted my phone. I contacted the "live customer service" on the app, which I got responded to that they'll get back to me after 2 business days as it was after 5pm. After everything above, still it kept showing "Error: Unable to add items in cart" I'm on Iphone 15pro for couple months now, no issues nor damages on my phone. Never had issues with my other apps as well. Yet the Lorna Jane app has been incredibly frustrating as it won't let me add any items at all, how can I shop! HELP
App couldn’t find the Albury store for click & collect & didn’t take two promo codes.
My first purchase and order through the app. I wanted to click and collect but the app couldn’t find the Albury store. Really not happy having to pay for postage. It also wouldn’t accept the Flare code with the welcome code? I assume it was a two code thing. I didn’t expect the welcome discount on the “Flare” code leggings..really not a difficult differentiation to code/program. I only purchased one pair as a result. I’m meaning this feedback to be constructive not negative 😏

Can’t ship to Australia? All in usd
Ridiculous, website says download app for savings but can’t find an option anywhere to set it to AUD or ship To Australia. So frustrating. Has put me off ordering because it’s a headache and I know I could be getting a cheaper price so I don’t wanna order on the website. Needs to be fixed.
Not working for me
I downloaded the app simply because it was offering 30% off new styles but once I downloaded the app and selected several items and went to check out it wanted to charge me $30 for international postage from Australia to New Zealand, which considering the website had 20% off new styles meant that I wasn’t really saving anything. The app is not user friendly and I couldn’t see any way to select a location as New Zealand, and I even tried deleting it and starting again in case I’d missed something. I contacted customer services and in true Lorna Jane style they were pretty useless and told me to change my location to New Zealand but when I asked how to do this they could not tell me. I would just rather use the website than mess about with an app that doesn’t really work.
